I agree with getting rid of the bank transfers but you might as well get rid of western union aswell and the eco card that is taunting all of us every time we cashout. So that way checks will always be really fast.

They are just making you feel bad for only cashing out 650. Idk though last night the cashier an player admin had an error and they were down for a little bit so that might have to do with it. Cuz the fee would be coming out of the 650

It's good to hear support is answering fast though.. Hey shane if you have the time to put the word in to get western union taken away for good i would appreciate it. I just think it would look really good to have a guaranteed fast consistent payout that you can advertise to new players. It seems a bunch of people are having issues with western union aswell on average the limit will be 250$ and when people get used to the 750$ they are going to get really disappointed and blow up support when it drops to 250$. So its really of best interest to get rid of the weak link. Also eco card should at least not be visible for us players its tilting. Since we know the checks come fedex there is no reason other than holidays that the checks would come slow so you really can guarantee on the checks and the players will praise lock for it. But I think you should get rid of western union like today or tomorrow because you are going to see a big drop in players after maximus and they are gonna want to cash out so you might as well send them a really fast check that makes them want to rake up more.

The $250 limit sucks but don't take the option away. It's quick and it leaves cash in hand. I haven't had any problems with it. Options are always good if you can fulfill them. You have to leave doors open for those that are cashing out low amounts too.

Asking to have WU removed is one of the worst ideas I've ever read on 2+2 (and I read BBV daily ).

We are so limited with cashout options in the U.S. that the thought of removing a fast and reliable cashout method is mind boggling. Personally, it took me over a month to receive my WU, but I would still be upset if they removed it as an option. I understand that mistakes sometimes happen. I have seen an overwhelming amount of players post that they've had their money within 2 days. Overall, WU is extremely reliable

Checks may be reliable today, but there's no guarantee they will be tomorrow. I think it's too early to start burning bridges.

Let's not name the bank here, but anyone who has gotten a bank transfer do you use a large bank or small local bank? Mine is one of the larger ones and it's been 3 weeks since mine was approved. Where is my money? I have quit playing on the site....

I use a large nationwide bank and received both my bank transfers exactly 12 days after they were processed. The bank transfer option has proved to be unreliable and has been removed from the client as an option. Check withdrawals are $3000 max instead of $2500 and per the CEO you can now request up to 8 checks per month.

If you have a pending bank transfer it will still be processed, however, moving forward, checks are definitely the way to go.

If you have a bank transfer request that is more than 2 weeks old, I would suggest contacting Rizen, Shane or Jenn directly to get the money credited back to your account so you can request a check.

Just my 2 cents.

WU is a really good option for smaller amounts and quick cashouts. Mine have been taking like 48 hours from request to pickup. Do not get rid of them plz.

Yea the beginning does kinda sound like I'm being facetious but you cant live on 3 250$ cashouts a month unless u want to argue that too.. it took u one month that's not very reliable its slowing down their system so they might aswell focus on one super reliable cashout for us players. What are you going to do with 3 250$ cashouts a month really that is 675$ a month after fees its just slowing down and it is only here to attract more us players but they need to see how focusing on having the best check service in the US will in the end attract more players. I don't see how the checks could get slower if it is the only payout they already are sending checks out really fast during maximus so there is no reason it would slow down later on unless they are stalling for the doj.
