I've looked to see if I could cancel my wire and just do a check but I don't see where to cancel it. Can anyone tell me how to do this or is it possible?

I was wondering who has had luck with the bank wires? I just tried and called my bank and they don't have a swift code. It won't let my withdraw go through without one. How do I get around this if any knows? Thanks guys.

Once processed doubt u can cancel...if u haven't been processed go to history in cashier and it should have an option to cancel....some banks don't have swift codes...go with check it seems faster...my bank wire hasn't shown up since beginning of month

Don't post here very much, but figured this would be the place to vent. I started playing on Lock because of relatively good feedback from this forum about cashouts and customer service.

Well, my first cashout was sometime last year. I completely forgot about it because they took so long and after 3 months they emailed me and sent me one of the first WU cashout options, which was nice.

Since then I've requested WU cashout on 2/2/2012, approved on 2/9/2012...still nothing, customer service is extremely lacking and to make it worse it seems the transaction is being cancelled and reprocessed constantly which pushes my date further and further back. I also have a bank wire cashout from 3/07/2012 which is processed, but nothing further.

They are either extremely incompetent or lack the funds for winning players. I'm sure they are backed up, but that is no excuse to not make improvements. I wouldn't play on Lock unless it's strictly for fun.

When you request a check where can you see it's status and when it is processed? I don't see anything and just the money missing from my funds?

So apparently my direct bank transfer was requested in the morning and processed in the evening?

So I see that some folks actually have received bank transfers and some received the processed message but not $$ yet.

I saw one person got the processed message and an email saying it was processed. I have not received any email about it being processed.

Can someone who has successfully received a bank transfer list out all the steps involved and the timing? Did you get an email confirmation or not?

I only ask because I am not 100% sure I entered my bank info correctly. I don't mind waiting but I'd hate to wait on a transaction that will never arrive if I got the info wrong.

would get it by the end of the week
but i've heard that 3 times already
