I withdrew via Western Union on July 3rd. I have probably sent between 5 and 10 emails and only heard back one time. They said:

"Hi There,

I see that you have initiated a WU withdrawal. Please look out for a confirmation email from our Cashier, that will include your pickup info that you need to take to a local Western Union branch. Do not forget to bring photo ID, which is necessary to release your funds.

This was on July 9. At this point the cashout was authorized. It was authorized on July 6. I would appreciate support responding. I have no problem with it taking 2 to 3 weeks but the fact that no one responds is somewhat concerning. Can you please have someone look into this? Thank you.

Hey guys, if you shoot me an email with your details I can chase this up with the cashier manager for you.

Well okay, maybe it seems a bit wierd but i did get the money. And jsut one question. Why cant you guys just use moneybpokers instead of checks ? They credit your money in to you bank accoutn within hours for only 1.80 euros fee.

Oh and btw i made another withdrawal request by now already. I just hope that it doesnt take as much time as the last one, since i have always in the past received my money within 2-3 working days.
