Have not seen a single post on here about WU taking longer than 10 days so it is a issue. I am not a 30K Poker player like i have seen on your graphs. $300 means something to me. Also is a issue when you get no response whatsoever from customer support. Shane appears to be the only Lock admin that gets ahold of anyone. So i figured i would try here.... Stay in your own business sirr

For sure my bad, all of my successful cash outs have taken a little more than the max time they say, so it should come soon. Seems like they are lagging for everyone right now so expect another week or so before you should get worried.

yes i have also been waiting 10 days for my WU in the past 5 days max!! also still waiting on a check from 5/16!! hopefully the change over was the problem and yall get back on your feet or everyone is going to leave lock!! i have heard intertops has the fastest cashouts right now even have a loadable debit card sounds legit to me might be jumping ship soon enough!!

nope. if you live in WA state they will not cash out to you. I'd be surprised if you would even still be allowed to play if you sent in your verification info..but don't hold me to that I'm just guessing.

I'm pretty sure they allow WA state players now that they moved to revolution, they allowed me to sign up.

I cashed out the max amount on 5/20, have been getting the run around ever since. I have been told several times the check has been processed, and when I ask if processed means sent out they do not respond. I finally get an answer out of someone and they say the check was processed on 6/3/2012 and sent out. Then I can an email a few days ago saying the check just went out on Monday. Then just yesterday morning I get an email from JDB Services saying the check has been processed. It seems they are just telling support to say they sent the checks without actually looking at the history. Until I receive any money I am not going to play anymore on the site and I think all of you should do the same. It is a waste of our time and energy to be playing and generating rake when we aren't positive we can get our money at this point. I browsed through the thread briefly and it seems like everyone is having an awful experience. So, until these problems are rectified I'd recommend a period of no play for the time being.

My affiliate just emailed lock for me. He got my no good check instantly refunded into my account(checked account). And promises me that my two checks were sent out yesterday. Considering he is friend of mine and that he got my no good check credited back into my account instantly. I am assuming that the checks being sent out yesterday is 100% true. Feel really stupid for not hitting him up before
