I am on the strip, so I am unable to check my cashier at the moment, but as of say 1:30pm wst, My checks were still showing up in my cashier history.

That is alarming. Though with all the other ambient noise were are surrounded by in this forum it's hard to hear.

Has anyone been recompensated for the bounced check batch or told what course of action theyre doing to correct it?
Dep 3k check- May 16th
Bounced on May 21st.....been given the runaround from all reps and support since then

How do you find your old posts?

I have requested 3 checks from lock.
The 1st came in 1 week.
The 2nd came within 2 weeks.
But the 3rd has been 5 weeks?

What is up Lock?

whats going on the checks,? it was taking one week and now its been almost a month. I had a processed on 6/1 after requesting on 5/16. I emailed and called support and still have not got a response

I think we deserve a legit response from Shane/Lock. Rizen used to chime in here all the time and a Rep hasn't said anything since his vacation.

This is terrible----I have 3 K in checks that have not arrived.

Now I am getting really worried.

No one seems to care and even 2+2 members/players do not see this as a HUGE red flag, just biz as usual.

Also, e-mailed support informing them of the cashout and asking about fee re-imbursement.

...still waiting for any type of response.

They have definitely not handled this transition well. That said I've never not got paid by Lock so I'm willing to be patient while they smooth out all the mistakes.

Hopefully they get things in order soon. I am curious why Rizen has been completely absent lately,

I deposited one on May 14th and it cleared. Other than that tho, things are looking ugly at Lock.

A FedEx truck actually came to my house today..........

It was something for my girlfriend though. Was pretty ****ing pissed.

I simply need to realize that I am never, ever getting this money though. Then spots like these won't get me hopeful.

Lock might be pulling the biggest hit and run ever. No one has got money in almost 2 months via check....them offering these insanely high reload/depo bonuses.

Wouldn't be shocked at all at this point.

Possible good news? I was able to get a hold of support...

Hi there,

You have nothing to worry about. We had a very isolated issue with one processor and all checks were reissued. It was a group of under 10 players.

I will look into your withdrawal. I know there are over 1000 checks going out this week.

wu max 5-30 had cash in hand 6-9
no reply from support on fee reimbursment and WU max now dropped to $350
hopefully they are slowly getting their **** together.. some kind of offical word here would be nice

EVERYONE don't waste your time waiting for your checks, the checks are not going through.

The site is going under, I had one $3,000 check bounce for insufficient funds. Deposited another one, and my account is on hold for the check is linked to a "fraudulent or nonexistent account."

Lock poker has decided to ignore me, after first saying this is an "urgent matter" and the cashier manager will contact me immediately. That was 3 days ago, 5 days after my original email. I am getting screwed by lock, and all of you will too.

It is probably too late to get your money out of lock, so all i can say is to not put another dime in there.

Anyone know of any other place to play online poker other than Lock that actually pays the money you win? Its looking like anyone from America who deposits money will never see a dime and nothing you can do about it so they can steal as much money as they can from americans!

by the way...it went over the week..and counting...I emailed support and cc'd Rizen to get an answer as to how long these are taking. I got the generic standard email talking about waiting for the email with the WU information that I can use to claim my money at the nearest location....Def not the answer I was looking for..lol
