Still have not gotten this check from Feb 6th and got a few messages back and forth twice they said the check would be re issued and I never got it. Now they are back to completely ignoring me. In my most recent e-mail I asked for the money to just be returned to my account we will see if that happens

Any non-US cashout delay's? Does Lock use MB for non-US? And what are the issues if you already have a Cake account. TY

I have a question: It is clear from this thread that paper checks are not consistent and/or coming in 2-3 weeks as advertised. This is disappointing but not hard to believe, this is a difficult time in online poker. However, the Western Union cash outs have been coming through quite successfully in 6-8 days (from viewing the thread).

I was Req: 5/8, Processed 5/16 for a courier check, don't see the reliability of this system to continue using this method and would like to switch to Western Union. However, I will get charged a fee for this switch. Since paper checks are obviously more difficult for you and your payment processors, can we look into changing the large fee for recalling paper checks and going western union?

I have reached the point that I will not put any more money on until I see an incoming cash flow hit my bank account b/c of the lack of positive posts in this thread. I know the money will come in time either way, I'm just looking for consistency so that I can trust the site/build volume/rake and the works. Please look into this.

The first one has been over 5 weeks so kind of wondering what is going on there. The 4 I've done prior to this have taken in the 3-4 week range.

I had a check delivered at my door 3 days after i requested it from Lock a few months ago....now going on 6 weeks without it arriving.

I been on the new network with Lock poker since start, and i already waiting 4 days to get a reply to my emails i send to them. I even called them but they didnt pick up and i spoke in their anshwermachine. They didnt call me back. I emailed all their emails. And no respond. Also live chat doesnt work, it never ever worked , also not on their old network.

This is just REDICULOUS.

Was going to cashout the rest of money by check but think i'll slowly do it with WU

It appears that hey are having a run of payout requests..Until they get more funds in they may not be able to process payouts.

Forgot to update this. Received this on 6/1......asked for new one on 6/3...Has yet to be processed..Hopefully a bit faster...

Last checks received took about a month and they bounced. I don't think anyone has gotten one since.

Did Lock used their own cashier or did they use Merge's. Does anybody know if check from other Merge skins are also bouncing? Cause if they are, Houston we have a problem.

AFAIK, they use their own and Merge's haven't had a problem.

Good luck. I've had a check 'on the way' since processing on 5/9. Several emails to support have received the same 'they should be there by the end of the week' reply. I'm not holding my breath.

I was told it'd be here "by the end of the week" last week. I don't expect it to come anytime soon.

I love how Shane appologizes, picks a few threads to comment on, and ignores this one. Anyone else have enough of Lock's BS? Personally, I don't see any point in playing here if I don't have access to my funds.

Lock uses their own cashier, but bouncing checks have happened to Merge too. In fact it's been an issue with online poker payouts for years now in the US, even back in the heyday of Stars and Full-Tilt. The difference being Stars and FT went out of their way to make things right quickly when their processors got seized, usually paying a bonus for your trouble when it happened.

Why must one ask the obvious? That message should have had some form of explanation and information on the current whereabouts of that money. Good grief smh
