okay, read through a little may have answered my own question, although a $25 processing fee, as long as only 1 check per month, you guys recredit that 25 dollar charge correct? just seems steep for a paper check withdrawl

Rizen- Can you get us an update on why things are slowing down? Sure you may be backed up, but atleast some people ITT would have been recieving something...

I'm trying to cashout on moneybookers. I am from Mexico. Your support has not been in contact with me at all. I really don't get why this site is even real, it just takes my money instantly but forever to give it back. Sounds a lot like a scammer imo.

The time frame has been around 3 weeks I have gotten 3 checks from Lock Casino side and they were between 21 and 24 days.

FWIW, I also have an 8/1 request that is still requested.

Is there a problem withdrawing on moneybookers?

I assumed it would take much less time than a check to process, get printed, perhaps signed, delivered, deposited and finally withdrawn.

Perhaps the entire site is just pure _._._.T

bc it takes so long to get checks, ive have begun cashing out via both the poker and casino side. ive received several checks from the casino side but this is the first check ive requested from the poker side. i requested it august 2nd and it was approved today. can someone who has cashed out thru the poker side give me an estimate as to when i should receive it or what r the following steps after "approved" status. thanks

i hope your luck is different than mine. i requested a cashout on july 21st and it was "authorized" on aug. 3rd. it still says authorized now, so it looks like it will be a month before the cashout gets here assuming it actually goes out tomorrow.

casino side: requested on 7/24, nothing has changed.

I'm not worried and I know some people have gotten their checks quickly, but I think its worth letting people know to be prepared to wait a month rather than 2-3 weeks.

If it's casino side this is definitely abnormal. Usually once it goes out it's 3-5 business days. If you contact support you shoudl be able to get a tracking # and we can find out where it is. If you want to CC me on that or PM me the info and I'll put in the request for you that's fine as well.
