Yea... that truly sucks.
Worst part of it all is that the payment processor and Lock is now clearly aware of all these bad checks but all we get from lock support is "we have forward this to the cashier manager to get in touch with the payment processor".
I have been trying to get a name and contact info of the "cashier manager" but was unsuccessful.
How hard is it to credit us back the money (plus fees) to our lock account so I can pay a vig on the P2P market?
