It seems that they like to reply to your first email to kepp you strung along for a while quite promptly. However, after the first reply, you stop getting any responses at all. I thought Wu withdraws were suppose to be very quick. 1-5 days tops. I've been waiting for a week now and can not get a real answer. Well I did get a response saying that they take up to a week but should never take longer and usually much quicker. So, whats the deal now? Shane? You seem to reply only when you want to but lets give it a whirl.

Nothing yet. My bank(Wells Fargo) keeps telling me there is either a hold or a stopped payment on the check so they won't let it clear. This is really pissing me off. Anyone else have this problem?

They try calling the number on the check and noone picks up and that is why they won't clear it I think.

If that is the case... you have nothing to worry about. Just sit back and wait until the check clears in a few business days.

You all causing alarm for no reasons.

Check processed 4/18, no sign of it yet as of today, 5/21.

Support has ignored me.

Shane or Rizen: I've been very patient and have not tried pushing the issue much but I'm getting fed up. First I had to wait over a month and a half for verification, and that was after receiving an email saying verification would be completed in 24-72 hours, then I had to wait another 3 weeks for Lock to sort out a problem with my first check, which had to be cancelled and requested again.

All in all I've been waiting around 3 and 1/2 months since I first tried to get money off Lock but nothing seems to be happening and I haven't seen a dime. I've PMed Rizen a few times explaining my situation but that didn't seem to help. I've been trying to get money from Lock for 3+ months for a trip I had planned, I had to cancel that.

I've stopped playing much on Lock and will probably move if I don't hear a clear cut response this week.

Lock told me it should clear in a day thats why, and the things my bank are telling me doesn't make much sense. I hope it clears.

my bank says the account the check came from Ft. Lauderdale, Fl. was blocked or frozen or something of that nature. I will find out more in the morning. Should I wait a few more days and see if it clears or what? Do you guys ship it back to my poker account????

I hope this isn't the case with mine. What exactly did the bank tell you and it took 5 days for them to find out?

If the account is blocked or frozen I don't think the check will clear. I wish Lock had telephone support for these issues.

Sent verification docs through in early May and got this response on May 8th ..

The customer support on this ste is the worst in the industry. I think they figure they can do what they want and when they want. The thing to do is start a petition to not play there anymore and maybe they would straighten their act up. Having to wait days for a response, if you even get, one is a joke. No number to call and no live chat doesn't help matters either.

The last few posts make it look like there may be another round of bounces happening. GL with your check. That would be awful to go straight from one cash out debacle to another.

Now I have to wait a week to get this all worked out then another month to get another check and hoping that one doesn't bounce to?

Yea... that truly sucks.

Worst part of it all is that the payment processor and Lock is now clearly aware of all these bad checks but all we get from lock support is "we have forward this to the cashier manager to get in touch with the payment processor".

I have been trying to get a name and contact info of the "cashier manager" but was unsuccessful.

How hard is it to credit us back the money (plus fees) to our lock account so I can pay a vig on the P2P market?

So I finally received another check yesterday in replace of my check that bounced in mid February...is there any chance this check doesn't bounce as well?

It took them that long to re-issue and for you to receive a new check?

If it is from MILLGREET INDUSTRIES in FT. LAUDERDALE... then most likely it is a bad check. If it is not, then deposit away.

Yes, its been quite an obnoxious experience. I finally just asked them to place the money back in my account so I could sell it off and they just took it upon themselves to re issue me a new check...which has about a 99% chance of bouncing. Thanks Lock.
