Do the checks come fedex? I have a check that also processed on 4/29, but have yet to receive it yet. I thought they just come to the mailbox since they stopped sending them fedex, they told me.

Hello,

I have been waiting for a $2,000 bank transfer since 3/1

For 75~ days now I have been waiting for this $, and I have little confidence of ever seeing it.

Support / Shane were good at responding to emails early on but weeks will go by now without an update, it feels like I am just being strung on until I give up, responses now are so generic and beaten.

They have said all they can do is provide a trace # for the transfer, but this goes nowhere. They are always "checking with the processor" - Extremely frustrating. Why can't they send me a check NOW for the $2k and deal with their processor issues on the side. They selected this processor and now we wait..

As posted in this thread, the average time between requesting your check and receiving it in the mail is 1-3 weeks. If you are waiting 3 weeks or longer, feel free to PM me and we can help to expedite that.

+1, this situation needs to be addressed. At some point (probably months ago) it should turn into Lock's responsibility to provide the updates.

Anyone else go thru an approval stage before processing. The admin insisted my cash out had been processed on the 8th, but according to the cashier I was not processed until the 16th. Thanks ahead of time for any info you guys can provide.

Update - 5/19

Lock support just informed me that this $2k has been credited back to my casino account and can be withdrawn by paper check or WU. Glad to see this outstanding bank transfer finally get resolved. Thanks Shane.

I also have a check being sent to me to make up for the failed bank transfer. I have been told i will receive it early next week. I will update if it comes in.

Also, what's the max WU right now? I read two different numbers $450 and $650.

I actually deposited in my bank yesterday, not today, but pretty much this is what is going on with the check I received:

I got my $3k check via Fedex on Thursday (5/17). I deposited into my bank account on Friday (5/18). My bank said it should be clear by Saturday morning (5/19), which is today. So I called my bank today and they said that the check won't go through, and that there is a stopped payment or a hold on it but it definitely won't go through.My bank still has the check, and tried to contact the bank of which the check was issued, in Atlanta, Ga, but they must be closed because they got no answer.

After a month of waiting and this happens. Has this happened to anyone else?
And is there anything else I can do besides emailing Lock and telling them what happened? I really need this money and don't feel feel like waiting another month for a check again.

Also, could it be my bank?

Thats sucks, man. Try PM'ing the Lock reps, hopefully you'll get a quicker response than by just emailing support.

The constant assertion by Lock Reps that cash-outs are taking 1-3 weeks is completely ridiculous. I know multiple people who have been waiting on checks for over a month. Though my cash-out has yet to hit the 3 week threshold, I would be shocked to receive it within the quoted time-frame. Also, is there a reason why we cannot have tracking numbers for our checks? Sportsbook has no problem providing such information.

had a check withdrawal get returned from fedex cause it came while i was out of town. sent support a message and got this back on may 3nd

It could be a compatibility problem with your internet, have you tried making Mozilla your default? If the same problem still occurs then let me know and we can forward your problem to the tech team.

Any update on what happened here? Sorry to hear this happened to you after waiting for a month. I would like to hear an explanation if it was bank related or if there is a batch of checks that are bouncing from the processor.

Also, if anyone has had a check clear in the last week could you please post it.

I reported my $2974.10 returned check on 5/17. Got an email (the same day) from Lock support that they have forward my email to their 3rd party check processor who are "looking into this issue". However follow-up emails to lock support has been unresponsive.

Without being rude... what is there to look at that would take more than one or two business days? Either a check was paid or not paid. I also forward a copy of the returned check clearly showing the issuing bank account was "frozen".

Shane and/or Rizen - can you please help expedite this because I really need the money? Can I send you the check image? Please PM me your email address. Just credit me back with the $3014 (includes the $25 processing fee + $15 bounced check fee) into my lock acct and you can take all the time you need to get your money back from your payment processor. But please do not keep your loyal customer money in limbo while you fight it out with your payment processor. I really appreciate your time and effort.
