I received my courier check today related to the failed bank transfer that was processed 2/28. They also put a $100 bonus in my account. It was a painful wait, but Lock finally did the right thing.

It's good to hear that they are doing something but there are still many people who have outstanding bank transfers (myself included). At least give us an update. It's pretty obvious the processor won't send the funds to our bank accounts. So I don't see why they can't just refund all of our accounts and send us expedited checks like they did for iraiseducks. The $100 bonus is a show of good faith in lock support actually caring about it's customers but I won't be satisfied until they finally get this resolved for everyone.

Also did Shane ever get back to anyone about the "call" his ceo had with the processor? I mean since they refunded iraiseducks account they probably got confirmation that the processor was sending funds back to Lock. But why have they only refunded a very small amount of the remaining outstanding transfers? iraiseducks is the only person I have seen post about receiving the refund/expedited check. I understand some people don't post but all I've seen is people posting complaining about still receiving nothing.

I just got home but a FedEx letter was at my door, pretty sure it was my check requested from 3/28, as I had nothing else coming in the mail. Will confirm tomorrow if I receive/deposit.

I think it's a clear sign of how bad Lock customer service is when people are singing praises when things happen as they should. A courier check withdrawal should take no more than 3-4 weeks. That's awesome checks are coming within 3-4 weeks, but they should come that fast.

There are many people still waiting on bank transfers and Lock support just ignores us now. Seems like as long as some people get paid out, which convinces players to deposit, Lock is fine with screwing over the others who have been patiently waiting.

My first check cashout took over 3 months, they ultimately cancelled it and issued me a WU cashout. Thinking WU was more reliable, I cashed out via WU next time and guess what? Took over 3 months to get that. Now im waiting 2 months for a fn bank transfer.

I rarely post on forums and my only objective is to keep new players from depositing on Lock. This thread convinced me to deposit, but it's extremely misleading.

Just got in contact with Shane and he said he was talking to the processor. We should have our funds refunded soon once they give him confirmation that the oustanding transfers failed to go through to our bank accounts. Will update once I get my account refunded/courier check expedited.

Checks for $1500 and $3000 processed 3/30, got them both today. Right at three weeks, cant complain.WTG Lock Poker!!

makes no sense that people who requested a check a month after my wire got their checks. and lock can't even answer my emails.

Sigh, I really hate how long this is taking plus it seems Lock just ****ed up my cash-out.

It took them three weeks to verify my account. I requested a check a week or so ago, today they cancelled it saying they cannot send the check and also tell me to use E wallet to cash-out, which is a cash-out option I don't have, plus I also think E wallet is a non-US cash-out method, but, maybe I'm wrong.

Rizen, I sent you an email, what is going on?

Support answered quickly but unfortunately it doesn't look like they read the email.

They are still advising me to deposit via Skrill/Neteller so I can then withdraw, but they don't seem to understand that those are non-US options so I cannot use them...

What am I missing here?

did you miss black friday or something?

it also seems unlikely that you aren't embellishing at least a little bit on those timeframes...

or maybe you just run bad. don't blame lock though. blame the government and the casinos. blame capitalism.

Has no one else had a problem cashing their check from Lock?!? I use Chase and they rejected the check!

What's the point of embellishing timeframes? I don't have time to post 1000's of times on forums. Just adding relevant info to the thread so new people don't think cashouts are hassle free and show an example of how Lock treats customers when things go wrong...

Rizen and Shane replied to my emails about bank transfer about a month ago. I got the transfer within 48 hours. I would imagine that some of you are being rude and demanding in your emails to support?

With all due respect some of you blow things completely out of proportion. I remind you that we do live in a post Black Friday world.

i have sent about 20 emails because they kept telling me i would get my money that week for 4 weeks and yes one time i was so pissed at their horrible service i got a little mean. i threatened to start posting on the forums if they kept treating me the way they were. it gets pretty frustrating when you only have email as an option to contact them and they don't even reply or lie. so stfu. i emailed rizen also and nothing has happened.
