It's good to hear that they are doing something but there are still many people who have outstanding bank transfers (myself included). At least give us an update. It's pretty obvious the processor won't send the funds to our bank accounts. So I don't see why they can't just refund all of our accounts and send us expedited checks like they did for iraiseducks. The $100 bonus is a show of good faith in lock support actually caring about it's customers but I won't be satisfied until they finally get this resolved for everyone.
Also did Shane ever get back to anyone about the "call" his ceo had with the processor? I mean since they refunded iraiseducks account they probably got confirmation that the processor was sending funds back to Lock. But why have they only refunded a very small amount of the remaining outstanding transfers? iraiseducks is the only person I have seen post about receiving the refund/expedited check. I understand some people don't post but all I've seen is people posting complaining about still receiving nothing.
