Still have not received my bank transfer from 2/28. I was told last Thursday or Friday by Shane that he had contacted the Lock CEO with regards to the outstanding bank transfers, but I haven't heard anything back.

I checked again this morning and my CEO had a call scheduled with them today, havent heard back yet will update everyone once I have the results of that call.

He's says he'll get back to you but if he never actually does. He gives you the standard run around that support will give you after ignoring you for 1 month- then he won't respond to even the politest of requests... I take it on the chin that the transfers have been a complete mess, but this does not reflect on other payment methods.

Seriously Shane, why didn't this phone call take place at the end of last week when it was apparent that no more transfers were going through?

It is insane how Lock continues to have no sense of urgency with this matter. You should have refunded our money into our account long ago, and you can deal with the processor.

Naw, he's preety much right. Check are pretty much a hassle as well. My PMs must be ending up where ever my check is because according to by inbox I sent you my email address and my Lock username on 03-29-2012 at 08:43 PM. IDK?

BTW, after having several people at Lock try and offer different fixes, no one at Lock can seem to tell me why I do not have access to my Vault even after they have reset it twice. Then thing tells me to set up a PIN and then tells me it is invalid.

Black Friday II? God, I hope not.

WU is working fine BTW, just expensive as hell.

It seems a bit surreal to me at this moment, but I am very happy to report that Lock refunded my bank transfer from 2/28. They processed a courier check for the same amount immediately, and stated it was shipping out today! We will see, but I feel better with this progress.

Hi,

I got a check successfully on February 6th and just got around to depositing at Chase. However, Chase would not let me deposit it and said they could not tell me why. What's going on? I emailed support and it's been 3 business days and they have not responded. I still have money in there and am getting worried.

Ahhh whats going on! i raised an eyebrow when i saw the max WU withdrawal has been lowered to 250$/7days, wtf! why????? and now reading through some of these posts im seeing bad signs. I use WU, other than this ridiculous drop in the max cashout is anybody expiriencing longer wait than usual for their mtcn number? i requested 4/15 at 6am
ill admit maybe i got spoiled by the money coming in the next day and now that it has been just a little longer than normal but i feel weird...but not just because the delay, its the lowered amount in limits plus the above posts plus the small delay?........ very very worried, prob will not be playing on there anymore until i see signs of progress, im sure im not the only one suffering from a little Full Tilt paranoia, Lock should understand what people have gone through with Black Friday and be looking to do a better job at keeping their customers informed..

Lock has lowered WU down to 250 several times. Probably because they are only allowed to process a set amount of money through WU. So when a lot of ppl are withdrawing then they need to lower the max most likely till the end of the month.

How long are checks taking? I had a check processed 3/31 and I havent received it. Support told me a week ago "your check will be with you soon" LOL.....How long is soon? I've emailed Rizen a couple of times in the past 4 days...I have't had a response despite having success hearing from Rizen in the past.

I've been working on a withdrawal for over a month now. They made me submit my verification documents twice because they were "blurry", which they weren't. I email them every 5 days or so to see what the status is and haven't gotten any response. I'm definitely getting the impression that Lock isn't really a legit site and that we are all playing with FullTilt poker bucks, i.e. playmoney.

There are a bunch of people waiting on ones from 2/27 which will be 3 weeks today and at the end of the 2-3 week timeframe. So you will probably be waiting a little longer.

Well i might be deciding on moving on from lock. First the banks transfers go, second the WU withdrawals are $250 max limited per weeeek and now checks are taking longer than before. Just a bit much for me.
