Does anyone know why there is backlogs again? Just a higher volume of withdrawals since they are allowing 3 per week?

Also, I was able to get a trace ID on my check is that the tracking number i can use with fedex to see when I should expect it?

Im guessing so,everyone seen they were coming out fast,every one requested a check is what im guessing.And for the fedex thing i dont think thats a tracking number for fedex,its more like a reference # for lock i think ,like if you have an issue i .

No I asked them via e-mail if I could get a tracking number on the shipment. So I know when to expect it. They responded with this.

Hi,

The trace ID is XXXXXXXX and was processed on 4/6/2012.

1. Check via Courier, completed within 2-3 weeks; $25 fee; min $250; max $3000

I requested a check yesterday, and although I received an email, I don't see the withdrawal in transaction history (I only see my initial deposit listed) or in the pending transactions, it just says "You have no pending transactions awaiting verification".

Is that normal?

That's a good thing! That means it was already processed. When you go to the cashout screen and the blue link says "0 pending payouts", click on it. From there, you will see another page saying "payout review for xxxxxxxx" "no results found." From there, switch your status from "pending requests" to "processed", and hopefully, you'll see your check.

I got an email from support saying that I could get my withdrawl by debit card if I would like and that it would be much faster to get my funds this way verses waiting for a check. Has anyone used this method before? Would anyone reccomend this method to use?

Is there any way that the casino and poker cashiers work independently? I transferred the money from the poker side to the casino side and then withdrew. I now went to the casino cashier and saw the status of the check as "requested".

Anyways, all I wanted to see was some confirmation of my withdrawal within the client.

I requested one check in early to mid March and got it within a week and was very surprised and quite pleased.

Then, I request another check on 3/25, it gets approved 3/27, and I still have yet to receive it. I've become worried in the past several days thinking Merge/Lock may be having problems because A) there's always rumors and B) I got the first one so fast (and it was requested not long before). So, before checking this thread, I emailed support several days ago and have yet to receive any word.

I feel a little better now because it seems like the new standard is around three weeks and it wasn't just my check that was lost in transit or anything.

Has anyone received money? I want to find a site to play on again and was reading up on Lock but it seems like there are so many issues with cashing out and support that it seems like almost a lost cause.

If you can only play on US sites, then Merge/Lock is by far the best option imo. I have no affiliation with Lock/Merge or anything to gain by saying so. I've done the research, and that's solely my opinion.

Lock is definitely the best US option my friend. The cashout times have not always been consistent, and they've fluctuated a bit recently, but that's normal.

For a few weeks there, they were zinging checks out. People were requesting checks, and then getting them a week (4-5 business days) later. Now that they have slowed a bit (down to the normal range of 2-3ish weeks) people are getting ancy, because they assumed the checks would keep coming at that initial, expedited rate.

Obviously I wanted my check to be here by now too, but I'm being patient, since I'm confident that Lock is doing their best to get me my money. It is in their best interest to do so.

DON'T PLAY HERE. It's bad enough it is taking them ages for them to get me my bank transfer to me from February but the fact they seem to not even care is what is the problem. I mean why can't they just put the money back in my account and I could lose it on the tables or cash it out by check?

Here's the latest response I received from Lock Support, after I sarcastically asked if anyone was ever going to acknowledge my emails....I then asked why she would need to confirm my address, given that they made me go through the verification process, etc. At any rate, thought I pass it along.

10k Moneybookers/Skrill w/d requested 4/9, still dont have, is this real? I play on a bunch of ****ty Euro sites, and none have taken more than 48 hrs to go through, PS MB/Skrill withdraws take less than 1 hour to go through

Trade ID# means nothing as far as a tracking number to my knowledge. I have asked before to get a tracking number, and they told me the processor(s) didn't provide them. They come by FEDEX usually, and their tracking numbers are longer than 8 digits.
