I appreciate the response, Shane! Just so you know, though, Lock support may be setting the unrealistic expectations. Here's an excerpt from the response I got from support (which, once again, I honestly appreciate receiving).

"Our sincerest apologies for the delay. I can see that 3 checks are on their way out to you. One processed March 27th, 30th and April 6th.

Please allow 5-10 business days for delivery. You can expect your first to checks to arrive today or early next week. And your check from April 6th to arrive by the end of next week."

The 5-10 business day expectation was able to be met last month with regularity. However, if it's Lock's stance that checks will arrive in a longer time frame, that's cool! Just let us know about it...so that my wife can stop badgering me about the poker monies ("when are you getting the poker monies? where are the poker monies? why aren't you getting the poker monies now?" and so on.). Anyone remember that Simpsons quote?

Still have not received bank transfer from 2/25. Guess their payment processor hasn't gotten back to them on our "traces" yet.

I still have not received my max direct bank transfer that was processed on 2/28...but apparently the "Lock Team" has begun to have discussions as to how to resolve this small matter. I feel much better with their sense of urgency.

Interesting how 'receiving' our funds is so easy.....

Hello everyone, I just deposited by western union. My question is am i able to cashout the same way and also whats the cap on cashouts via this method if I can? I have a few questions as i just deposited on lock for the second time, and for the first time an amount that i am concerned about putting online since last year. I am new to 2p2 so any one that can help me with this question and maybe tell me how i go about asking the fellow people in the forum about my concerns would be greatly apreciatted!! TYVM 2 EVERYONE IN ADVANCE!! I HOPE EVERYONES ISSUES ARE RESOLVED PROMPTLY!!

I have a check from 2/15 that I still dont have 60 days later. Every one that works at Lock from the poker room manager Rizen down has said they would take care of it. The season has changed and I still dont even have an update.

I just want to hear abt one check that someone has received their funds lately,to keep me from going insane.

Came here to post that my check withdrawal approved 3/27 had not been received, thinking it was abnomal...now by reading the last posts it seems this is standard right now? Anyone getting checks?

Looks like I'll be sticking with bovada, I can deal with waiting 30 days to get money in my hand because I know it will be there

Yeah I stopped playing there after reading players post about all the good things at Lock. I am currently in the slow, painful, expensive process of withdrawing my roll through WU and going back to Bovada for the next few months. Funny that Lock has decided to completely ignore customers around tax day. It's 2011 all over again.

Friday I told my school I will not be teaching next year. My plan was to play a lot more on Lock, but now it looks like I get to move out of the country to play on Stars and Party again. I literally cannot wait.

I thought the new Lock cashout cashier would be faster than Carbon cashout but now I am starting to wonder...

I might have to stop playing on Lock until I start getting my $$$.

Like Shane said earlier the actual timeframe is 2-3 weeks so I'm not getting too worried. My first one was requested 3 weeks ago today though so would be nice to see that one show up Monday or Tuesday.

Wanted to update - after receiving the initial Western Union last week, I was told by Emily Hope last Saturday that I would receive another Western Union the following day. I then received an email from Lock Support 2 days later that they are only able to process a Western Union request once a week for the same player.

I should have received the info to pick up the Western Union yesterday.

I sent Lock support an email to confirm that this was in fact processed and of course no response. I've said this before and I will continue to say that the support at Lock is horrendous.

I hope that I will receive the remaining of funds within the next day or so and will keep you updated.

ALL PLAYERS SHOULD USE EXTREME CAUTION PLAYING ON THIS SITE. I am currently looking for another site to play on that provides their players with acceptable customer service and doesn't just flat out ignore them!

I think everyone knows Lock support is bad. Just beating a dead horse really.

bank transfer req 2-25-12 these bastards held my funds for 30 days then tell me i made a mistake. Check req 3-25, processed 3-26 still no ****ing money....to make things worse I feel like i have been hit with the doom switch...i can't catch a ****ing break...i
m dominating and get suckered...i'm behind and lose...I've got the worst luck on this site now...i used to play on stars and get the "doom" switch after a cashout......I am so pissed right now. I'm throwing in the ****ing towel! AHHHHHHHHH!!!!!!!!!!!!!

Wow, at least Emily responded to your email(s). She didn't even bother to respond to the two I sent her. Lock support is atrocious!!
1. They do NOT deliver the withdrawals within the stated lead times.
2. They communicate poorly, and infrequently.
3. They do not rectify mistakes they make within a timely manner (they want to blame the processor for failed withdrawals even though they could cancel a pending bank transfer, so that a courier check could be requested.)

I feel your pain bro. Lock hasn't even refunded my bank transfer back into my account from 2/28. I am still waiting on a bank transfer that I know has a ZERO % chance of going through. I have begged them for 30 days to at least refund my money, so I can request a courier check. But no they can't even do that because the processor doesn't want to..lol...pathetic business model if I ever saw one....the management at Lock is beyond incompetent, inconsiderate, and DUMB.

Get a clue buddy. You are way at the end of the line. Read this thread before you complain so soon.

hate reading this thread if anyone has anything good to say please do so. I really dont get why this site has somany players when i only hear bad things.
