Similar, I requested a check on Feb 6th it was approved almost immediately. When I did not receive it 4 weeks later I messaged Rizen he got support to tell me a check would be shipped and I was told I would have the check within 7 business days that was on March 16th still no sign of the check. Now they are ignoring my emails. Awesome

Still havent recieved either of these checks. Previous 2 checks in March took 1 week which was great, hopefully the time frame wont be pushed further than 2 weeks, will post when I recieve.

After the whole "payment processor" thing that couldn't deliver, it would have been nice to get these in a timely fashion. I respect Shane and Rizen a TON, but Lock would be better off by over-delivering and under-promising at this point.

I wish I had mine too, believe me (processed on 3/27 as well) but it's only been 2 weeks to the day, so We really don't have too much to complain about. Both of my checks from last month came in 7 days (like 5 business days), but I know that can't be how fast it is all the time.

Let's just hope they're on their way and that they'll be here by Friday or so. It sucks that there's nothing faster, but that's just how it is right now. None of the other skins are as good as Lock anyways; people on Carbon, RPM, etc.. are waiting way longer in general.

On the checks the listed timeframe is currently 2-3 weeks, of course we have been blitzing that lately so it has increased players expectancy but anything under 3 weeks ist still in the normal timeframe.

playing on lock for a few months now and I have sen t in my verification documents a couple months ago. I have received two withdrawls since then. Now I am told they dont have my account verification documents and can I send them. So I did, again, and that was a week and a half ago. I have a pending WU withdrawl and I can not get any answers from CS. I am hoping you can help me get this resolved.

I was actually under the impression they were quoting the 2-3 week time frame, Ive emailed the cashier team about this. Will post when I get a reply.

I still have not received my bank transfer from 2/28. Shane states the processor is still pushing through bank transfers, but their has been only one post in the last 8 business days stating a successful bank transfer (none this week). He told me that most people don't post on here when they receive their withdrawal. I understand many do not post, but many do post, especially in lieu of how much these bank transfers have adversely affected everyone. He says that half of the players on his "outstanding transaction list" emailed him back to state they have received their funds. So NONE of these players that responded to his email bothered to cross over to 2+2 and post? LOL Where am I going wrong here?

Withdrew through western union last weeks. Two days after I requested the withdraw, It was approved and I was able to pick my funds up at the nearest WU location.

I still don't understand why they can't just cancel the transfer and then send us a check. It's been 43 days for something they said would take 1-2!

I tried to make another $2500 w/d before my first one was approved, which apparently isn't allowed. Now my weekly transfer limit has been reached and I have $2500 stuck on the casino side. What can I do about this? Can my limits be raised? Thanks

I did the exact same thing. it's really annoying that when you cash out on the poker side it automatically gets transferred to the casino side. Seems like Lock wants our money on the casino side rather than the poker side. Can you please fix this glitch so that money withdrawn from the poker side, and cancelled, is returned to the poker side?

I just got my account verified after a little over two weeks and you can follow that fun on the account verification thread. I am now trying my first cashout. The first thing I noticed was that there is a $25 service dollar charge to american customers to deliever the check , i guess this covers the Fed Ex delivery, who knows. I completed my withdrawal request on 4-13-12. I will follow up when i hear more.

You should know that your first withdrawal each month is free. You'll need to email support to ask for it after you receive your check. Then they'll credit your account the $25
