Claiming that Lock has been incompetent in how they handle their cashouts is far from ignorant. While people should expect that long delays will happen from time to time, they should also expect Lock to communicate with the affected parties to remedy the situation.

I've been waiting 10 weeks for a check. After alerting them to my situation 4 weeks ago, I have not received a single update on its whereabouts or how they are handling the situation. According you to, how long do I have to wait before I can consider them incompetent?

check processed 3/27.

not yet recieved but not too worried. more concerned that once i get it that it might bounce. would like to hear from those who have deposited there recent checks to see if they have cleared or not.

I successfully cashed a check from Lock on April 2. It may be still too early to know for sure, but it seems to have cleared fine.

I have read the thread and am aware that there a few outstanding cash outs from a couple months ago. I guess I have enough experience with this that I trust they will eventually get them. Even before black Friday there were instances when it took a while to get paid but I always did. Afaik the longest outstanding withdrawals are from about 6 weeks ago which is not that long.

Unfortunately this withdrawal method was meant to take 3-4 days, this is why the players are so upset and rightfully so. The processor could not live up to their promises at all.

Also for anyone still waiting on a direct bank transfer, if you didnt get an email from me over the weekend please get in touch with me so I can keep you on my contact list and keep you updated.

I have been waiting on a Direct Bank Transfer for SIX WEEKS!! It was processed on 2/28, and I was told I would get the funds in 24 to 48 hours! lol I can deal with the lead time being off the "quoted lead time" a week or so, but SIX WEEKS is unacceptable. I have been told repeatedly it is coming in a few days.
The communication has been very poor. Support answers one out of every 5 emails with a generic response. Lock repeatedly blames the processor, but they will not put the funds back in my account, so I can get a courier check. I haven't played on Lock for over 2 weeks, and I do not have any intention of doing so ever again. Going to Black Chip.
Be warned. Shane and Rizen promise to take care of things, but all they do is forward emails to support. They randomly answer PMs and emails as well.
I'm over Lock. Shane posts on here about send me a PM/email and I will take care of it, and there are several posts of him ignoring PMs/emails.
They have gained market share based upon their supposed fast withdrawal times, but they do not deliver (and they don't even offer to compensate you for your trouble). Checks are bouncing again too.

Speak freely on your own experience with Lock, but don't tell us who have been waiting SIX WEEKS on a direct bank transfer to chill out, especially when we were told it would take 24 to 48 hours. The only reason I came to Lock was because of their stated lead times on withdrawals. It is dishonest and unethical to state this when they can't even come close to delivering.
Not to mention their horrid communcation.

Yeah, mine was processed 3/27 and I still have not received. I'll be sure to let you 2 know if/when I receive it, and I hope you'll do the same for me.

I received 2 last month in a timely manner, so I'm not too worried about this one. hopefully it will be here this week at some point.

Rizen/Shane, can you confirm whether or not these checks have been physically sent out yet? I believe there were a number of people that got processed on or around 3/27.

The official timeframe is still 2-3 weeks so while we have been seeing 1-2 weeks for a lot of checks if its still inside that 2-3 week timeframe supports response will still be to wait the 3 weeks before they take further action.

If this is the case, then support should tell me 2-3 weeks from the start instead of saying 5-10 business days.

How about Lock issues us a check or WU withdrawal instead. And when we get our bank wires we'll send it back to you guys? I'll make sure you get it in 2-3 business days too.

The players are also upset not just for the time frame -- they are upset with being ignored by Lock Support.. blatantly ignored...We never hear why in the world we are being ignored or an apology for doing so but it's VERY obvious that's what's happening. .completely alienating a loyal customer base. .. While getting our money to us *MAY* be out of Lock's control... Getting back to us isn't.... and they Choose not to- keeping us in the dark only infuriates us further. But that's just common sense.

I can tolerate that I still haven't received my check after 10 weeks while almost everyone else has been getting theirs in 1-2 weeks. What I can't understand is how on 3/21 I was told by Quinn at support "I will follow up with our Cashier manager in regards to your check and have them get back to you ASAP" and since that time have not received a scrap of information regarding my problem.

Since I started posting my problem on here, I have seen Shane tell a dozen other people to PM him and he will get their problem fixed. Yet I continue to be ignored. Why?

tbh, i just want to cancel my check cashout. don't think that's possible anymore. :[

Just saw that Shane told me in another thread he is now looking into my case. So I feel a little better and wish I could edit out the last part of my previous post. If he can help me finally get this resolved, he will have all my appreciation.

I deposited by WU and want to request a cashout by courier check, but I am still waiting for my account to be verified.
Should I request a cashout before I am officially verified, or will that just make the process more complicated and delay my check?

In February I had a check bounce on me. Rizen helped me out and I quickly got a new check processed on February 17th. I have yet to receive this check...yet I received three checks that were processed after that one. Support basically is useless as always and are now ignoring my emails...Beyond aggravated at this point.

I recently hit a 4 grand score on Lock during the Maximus Series (on my second buy in ever on Lock) and have been waiting for my account to be verified for over a month now. I have sent all the necessary docs and have even resent 2 docs that I sent and received confirmation from security that they got them. This is obviously incredibly discouraging. I am inexperienced with 2p2 but have gathered that "Rizen" maybe able to help in some way. My lock name is Johnny5973. Any help or advice on resolving this asap would be greatly appreciated.

Ive sent this over to the guy who heads up our verification team to look into, I will let you know as soon as its sorted.
