ready for pickup 4/4

It was my first cashout. I thought that we got the first cashout each month fee free also. It cost me 25$ so do I get that credited back to my account?

Checks for 1500 and 3000 processed on 3/28, still no sign of the fedex man.

Same. Did notice tho that mine is now listed as 'Authorized' instead of 'under review' or whatever it was initially. Hopefully that means it will be Processed soon!

LOL.. Got an email back from Lock after I wrote in how I hadn't heard back from them in 2 weeks after they said they would put a "trace" On my Xfer that is missing.. -- "elle" wrote me back-- by the way..does anyone really believe that it's not the same 1 support guy just signing as different support names at the end to give the illusion lock has a team of support people not responding to us? haha. ... Anyways , "Elle" .. said ... this time.. she would submit the Trace to the Team that was going to handle my trace with it being " URGENT"....

WOW! So you're going to write an email and say its URGENT -- and THAT's going to motivate them to get me my answers on where my money is huh ? I'm sure that will light a fire under their as.ses! Nice.. What a joke... ... My stall tactics.. more BS--

Here's an idea lock.. REFUND us our money --since you chose terrible processors- and YOU go without the money- chasing the processor down for the funds?
- Not ignore your loyal customers that now want nothing to do with your shady operation.

Weird,i want to see an update when their is one.Hopefully rizen can help with this quickly.Im expecting a check sometime this week processed on 3/27 and if my bank cant verify im going to be steaming.

Wow! Has anyone recently successfully deposited checks from lock poker? I thought this issue was only regarding bank transfers, but checks too?!?! thats insane!!!!

ATTENTION RIZEN (ERIC LYNCH) AND SHANE IF U GIVE 1 CRAP ABOUT YOUR CUSTOMERS READ THIS!

Still no bank transfer from 2/25. Sent 2 more emails today and no response. Not good news considering someone else just had a check bounce. We'll see if it's their usual "that was a bad payment processor so we have to use a new one." . As for my bank transfer at this point I would be surprised to either see the funds in my bank account or in my lock account. I will make it public that I am out $5500 with the site on pending withdrawals alone. My max check has been pending for a few weeks. Wouldnt surprise me at all if it bounced.

You would think that if lock has legitimate reasons to not refund the outstanding bank transfers by now that they would let us know. I dont think anyone even wants a bank transfer at this point. I would prefer if you just refunded my account so I can withdraw via courier check. Even though that option might not be working either. Still seems like a better chance of getting my money. I mean it's pathetic that this payment processor can't make good for a $2500 transaction via bank wire within 40 days? I saw several other people receive their transfers that requested after me. It just doesn't make sense that you cannot provide us with information as to why a select few still have not received our transfers. Either get us our money in our bank accounts or poker accounts by the end of the week. If not I am going to make sure all my poker friends and everyone on 2+2 knows how ****ty lock support is and how unsafe your money is with them.

Give us some fkn answers. I'm tired of the BS runaround excuses you give us. Give it to us straight if you have any integrity.

^^^ Did you try PM'ing Shane about your problem...I had an issue with a 3/1 Bank transfer, and every time I politely emailed Shane I got prompt replies within the next business day.

Doubt they read this thread every day.

YES! We have tried PMing Shane AND emailing him AND emailing support. No response to any of them. I politely did both and did it sparingly as to not bog them down. They refuse to listen or care about us.

I've had 2 checks go through no problem recently. I should be getting a 3rd one, hopefully in the next couple of business days, so I'll be sure to update here if it doesn't go smoothly.

Can anybody access their Vault? Mine will not let me set up a PIN. It keeps teling me the ones I try to create do not match when I know that they do.

I requested a check on 03/23/2012 and processed on 03/25/12 but I still have not received my check yet.

Any one receive a check lately that was processed on or after 03/25/12.

I've requested before and checks came within a week.

Havent recieved either yet, but past 2 checks within the past month took exactly a week to get from when I requested, will be great if they can keep that timeline up.

This is just speculation but it seemed checks starting getting faster around the time of bank transfers. Probably more people were using those so the checks may have gone faster b/c there was less of them. Some recent posts suggest that checks are taking a little longer than last month.

Also have bank transfer from 3-1 that hasn't hit yet.

Hopefully they'll start showing up today or Monday. Give it a couple more business days before you start getting too ancy.

Want to make everyone aware of a recent withdraw that happened with my wife's account. Check was requested on 3/23, processed on 3/25, check was received and deposited on 4/2. The funds had cleared for 1 day and some of the funds were used. We received a phone call from the bank on 4/5 saying that the check was invalid and was identified as "Return to Maker". The issuer on the check was listed as Nightshift Novelties. My wife immediately contacted Lock to inform them of the situation in which her account had gone into overdraft because of returned check. They responded within 10 minutes via a text message and had assured her that she would receive installements via Western Union today (4/5). She was also informed that an email was sent saying not to deposit the check and the interesting part is that this email was sent after she notified them on Thursday (4/5). She has not received any confirmation of the receipt of funds through Western Union at this time. She has made several attempts to Lock for someone to reach out to her and has not received any response. The lack of customer service when this is clearly their processing error should not go unheard. We will not be playing on this site and have never experienced the lack of attention from any other poker site venue. I would advise all the players to be extremely cautious!!!! Will keep you updated.
