Is this normal? I requested a $2000 withdarwal through WU, my free monthly one, a couple weeks ago. Yesterday at 11:44 PM I got this message:
Dear XXX,
We're sorry, but your EPT_WU payout request of 2000 USD for Account ID has been declined.

We thank you for your continued business and are always available if you should have any questions.

(NOTE: I did not edit out my account ID, there simply was not one in the e-mail)
Exactly one minute later, I received this e-mail from Lock:
Dear XXX,
This email confirms our receipt of your payout request via Western Union for the amount of 2,000.00 USD at JDB Services for your Account ID (this time I edited it out). We will review your request shortly and you will be notified by email when your payout has been processed.
You can cancel payout requests before they are authorized for processing, by logging into your account and accessing the cashier/banking center or by contacting Customer Services.
** Please ensure the address on file is correct, as an undeliverable payout or stop payment request will incur a $250 fee.
We thank you for your continued business and are always available if you should have any questions.
