Deposited roughly at the same time and through WellsFargo as well, but It already cleared. Must have to do with state regulations, being in a high crime area, or looking like a degen.

word of advice: every second u wait to deposit a check will increase the chance that that check either: bounces due to insufficient funds or the account will close.

Deposit check asap so you don't become another angry customer, good luck man.

Are checks coming via courier or in standard mail? And are all checks taking roughly 8 weeks?

Is this normal? I requested a $2000 withdarwal through WU, my free monthly one, a couple weeks ago. Yesterday at 11:44 PM I got this message:


Dear XXX,
We're sorry, but your EPT_WU payout request of 2000 USD for Account ID has been declined.
Payout Comments:

We thank you for your continued business and are always available if you should have any questions.

(NOTE: I did not edit out my account ID, there simply was not one in the e-mail)

Exactly one minute later, I received this e-mail from Lock:

Is this normal? They decline one then start another or something? What just happened here?

Yes it is normal. Not sure why but that's what happens when your WU gets processed.

FedEx which you have to sign, and yes they are taking a while so you are probably better off using Western Union unless you already used your monthly free one.

I know it's frustrating that it takes a while for the checks to come. Mine took roughly 8 weeks from the time I submitted to the time it came to my door. I brought the check to bank this past Saturday and it cleared yesterday, so checks are good. I bank with chase btw.

I joined Lock in early June this year and played my initial $400 deposit into over 7K. Obviously I was quite happy with my decision to play at Lock. Then on July 18th, I decided to request a cashout of 7K via Skrill. I live in Canada and according to Lock's Admin page it should take 48 hours....LOL.
Well one month and 3 days later I still have no money.

It's real sad that what promised to be the start of a great long term relationship turned so sour. I have been betrayed by Lock, plain and simple.

Is there any chance to eventually reconcile? Well time will tell, but everyday that passes where I haven't go my money greatly reduces the chances of that.

Come on Lock, admit you've failed me, pay me my money, and maybe, just maybe I'll give you another chance.

Ok, in the past couple months, Lock had screwed me as well. I had 6k in bad checks. They wouldn't respond to over 15 emails.

However, they have recently credited my acct with the money. I think the change to revolution was more than they thought in terms of workload. They were backed up, their fault yes, but nevertheless i believe they are catching up and will become a better site again.

Advice: stay persistent with support, you will get more help with rizen then anyone. Good luck hope to hear it all works out bud.

I deposit my checks the day I get them every time and haven't had trouble with them. Although, my last check had a 21 business day hold put on it and is supposed to clear on Friday, thanks for the concern. Requested a Western Union recently so hopefully that works a little smoother than the checks.

Declined today without any justification... Also, my funds, nor my withdrawal processing fee have been replaced to my account...

THey get declined then accepted right after so you should be alright. Check the cashier and see if the info is there.

6/20/2012 - email confirming receipt of payout request of $$$ at JDB Services.
7/14/2012 - email confirming my Payout has been processed. Method: CourierChk
8/17/2012 - check received in the mail.

Forgive me if this has already been posted but there are over 200 pages to look through here. My question...

Is it necessary to fill out the Lock verification form or can I cash out and bypass it? Is it just to expedite the process? I just feel mildly uncomfortable giving all of my documents and such to a company that seems to have so many issues at the moment (double withdrawals, no customer support responses, etc...).
