luckyyy, i'm still waiting on mine to be approved from 7/9. I emailed Shane and he said he forwarded it to the cashier manager and that he will get back to me as soon as he hears back. I hope that comes sometime soon

I no longer have the option to cancel the cash out of my $3k check. Does this mean it's been processed and I can expect it by sometime next week?

How often- as many as you want, but only 1 free a month, the rest at 10% fee.

Again, reply back to them on the WU code email and they'll credit your account the 10% fee of the first transaction. I'm in this stage atm and will update when I get the 10% back in my Lock account if you like.

Would really like an answer or something on this. I have contacted support and I have not heard a work from them and then contacted again recently and received an automated message that my email will be forward. Sent PMs to both Shane and Rizen. This money I requested now nearly 2 months ago never hit the processed stage and now the money is completely missing from my account and my history .... Yah Skrill cashout before this one took 2 days for me. Now, my next cashout has been 8 days so far with indeed no communication whatsoever.

I send an e-mail to Cashier@ lock and Support@ lock and they both reply with a generic e-mail saying they forwarded it to other one lol...

Would there be any issues in signing over my check to a family member and having them deposit it? One person said I had to cash it in my own name but I'm not sure how true that statement is. Don't have a bank account anymore.

AKA I play under my dads name, he has no idea i do this and im underage and the check is in his name but don't want to ask him to cash it. And if you don't have a bank account can't you just go to a currency exchange to cash it?

FINALLY!!! Check was requested on 7/9 and finally approved today 8/16.
Now the waiting game for the check begins.

Does Lock refund the the first $25 check fee like they do with the first 10% WU fee for the first withdrawal of every month.

I think my next cashout will be through WU, because there are so many players I read about that have been receiving their money in less than 2 weeks and there are no worries about the check being declined or bouncing.

Yes they do, but you have to choose only one for the month. I'm currently trying to get my Western Union fee reimbursed because I requested a check on July 3rd and it was processed on August 4th and then I requested a Western Union a few days later, they are saying the check processed counts as my one for August, not when I requested it for July. So basically kinda robs me of a cash out, hopefully I can work it out with support soon.

I requested a 3k check on June 18 and it was approved July 14 and 2 months later I still haven't received it. Lock keep up the great work! LOL

Anyone else wonder why Intertops poker, which was part of the cake network before Lock bought it all, has live timely customer support and very fast cashouts. Last time I requested a check from Intertops I had it in less than two weeks. Looks like Intertops should've bought lock poker not the other way around since Intertops knows the value of good customer support. Lock Poker, horrible customer support is losing you customers and will continue to lose you more until you realize that even other skins under the network YOU BOUGHT has way better support and cashouts than you.

I'm now in the same boat as well. I want to do another cash out but 10% for WU is way too much. I haven't received the $25 reimbursement yet, so I would like to be able to make a WU withdrawal this month and have them reimburse that 10% fee instead of the $25 as my one refund for the month.
But with the way the Lock support team is run, I don't think I will have much of a chance getting this to happen. I'd like to know how they end up handling your issue, because I'm pretty sure there are plenty of people like us dealing with this same s***.

So I actually got my cash via WU in about a week, but now there is no sign of the 10% fee coming back into my account. I sent them an email but no response from the Cashier at all... How long has it taken you guys to get the 10% back? From what I've read here I just had to send them an email with the WU cocnfirmation they sent me. It's been almost 2 weeks and I haven't even gotten the generic email...
