I'm now in the same boat as well. I want to do another cash out but 10% for WU is way too much. I haven't received the $25 reimbursement yet, so I would like to be able to make a WU withdrawal this month and have them reimburse that 10% fee instead of the $25 as my one refund for the month.
But with the way the Lock support team is run, I don't think I will have much of a chance getting this to happen. I'd like to know how they end up handling your issue, because I'm pretty sure there are plenty of people like us dealing with this same s***.
