What is going on with these slow payouts? I was under the impression that lock was bringing their cashier to the new network and was suppose to be industry leading(for Americans). And now ROW players are waiting extended times for Skrill/neteller ????

SO ... guess I will keep trying to get somthing from support::: On 6/26 I requested a withdrawal of $3000. As of a week or so ago, it has not even been processed, nor have I received any e-mail stating it was processed. As of 2 days ago the money is no longer in my "history" and is no where to be found. There is no word of it being sent as a check, not credited back to my account (poker, casino, nor vault). And I was told by Shane on here ( see earlier post) to simply e-mail him and he would get it takne care of. I e-mail shane and general support and have received no responses (also inboxed shane and rizen). As if waiting 2 months+ for funds isn't bad enough ... I mean why can't support work with us a little more? ( especially in this forum&thread).

I got the exact same message last Thursday... It's now a full week later and nothing has changed and they won't respond to my emails. Just unreal.

This video is from a year ago and I'm pretty sure things have changed since then, especially after the network shift from merge to revolution.

In order to cash out now, I think you are forced to transfer your funds to the casino first and withdraw from there. When looking at History in the Cashier, my funds were first moved to the casino before the check was requested for withdrawal.

and the wait for processing continues.....

Our poker cashier now plugs into the casino cashier, so it has its own interface but its still working off the casino cashier as per this video.

We are working on building a singular unified cashier for both products which we hope to launch in the not too distant future.

Just FYI for you guys withdrawing through WU-

withdrew 2nd of this month and had code by the 8th- which I got today.

Cash in hand 6 (8) days later is pretty sick imo.

What are the max payouts and fees involved? How.often can you request a WU? Your American right?

max payout I THINK is $2k?
Fee's- 1 free every month. (I'm almost certain you can do, for example, one approved on July 30th and one approved on August 2nd and both be free for those months although their a few days apart AS LONG AS the aprove dates are not on the same month)
How often- as many as you want, but only 1 free a month, the rest at 10% fee.
American- Live in the US, yes.

Again, reply back to them on the WU code email and they'll credit your account the 10% fee of the first transaction. I'm in this stage atm and will update when I get the 10% back in my Lock account if you like.

Shane or Rizen could you please help out with this seems insane that 3k is just missing... Been over a week and have heard nothing from support, haven't received anything in mail, my cashier shows no history of this, and it's not reflected in my balance.

I requested a cash out (check on 5/24)--got in in a month.

Requested another one on 6/25, Authorized on 7/14 (after emailing them numerous times), still no check as of 8/11.

On 7/14 requested another check & still "pending".

All through poker side. Numerous emails going back & forth but getting nowhere.

Anyone know of another way to get money off of Lock?

Just want to try to put some people at ease............ just received an email from Quinn @ Lock. Said my check from 6/24 would be arriving this week & I will be credited back the $25 fee & my check from 7/14 will be completed shortly.

Will update b/c I know many of you were (are) worried just as I am.

Shane I have a question. So I decided to try a Western Union and I had a check requested on July 3rd, the check finally processed in August and now support is saying that is my one free cash out for the month? Seems like a bad deal to have to wait for the payment to process, basically means I lose out on a free cash out for the month and since this is my first time cashing out via Western Union I'm going to lose a pretty large fee if it's not refunded. Any way you can help me out on this?
