Just received the check processed on 6/21. (which has a check date of 7/30/12 so I assume they send the check this date.)

The amount of panic and negativity in this thread is laughable. You mean a poker site going through a complete overhaul took 7 weeks to get checks out to american players? Omg no waiiiii! Sorry guys but that's the way poker in 2012 is for us.

It looks like ROW players will have to deal with cashout processing times of several weeks for Neteller as well as Skrill...No improvements, no statements one could accept or believe, no support...just plain incompetence...

It's just sad...

Can someone aware me on the process of a WU withdraw? I made an account online and am thinking about trying it, how does it work? Do you just cash out they give you a code and a withdraw at your location and you go there and grab it?

I have gone through both this and the WU cashout thread... just looking for clarification/cliffs... Cashouts seem to be roughly 6-8 weeks by Check and 2-4weeks by WU...?

Also, it says 1 free transaction/month for WU but when I go to cash out, it still says there is a 10% processing fee ($200 on my 2k max withdrawal). Is this getting reimbursed afterwards?

Also, my account ID that shows up in the withdrawal cashier seems to be from the Merge days (jazzitup1017), and does not reflect my current ID (jazzinitup). Is this going to be an issue?

Seriously,
Now my account has no pending withdrawals and this 3K is refelcted no where... its not in my Lock account and its not showing up in my requests. And when I go to the deposit or withdrawal option it says I have no pending cash outs....

I have posted on here like 5-6 times, this is ridic... WTF is going on????

Our check timeframe is 7-10 business days for processing and another 7-14 business days for delivery. We try our best to process payouts quickly but occasionally will require the alloted timeframe given. Thank you so much for your patience.

Exactly one month after the request and they send me an email saying it takes 7 - 10 days ... Solid.

I recall a post stating you can have multiple pending checks at one time. However, it seems like many posters are reporting only one processing at a given time. Which is it?

Can you have a pending WU and a pending check at the same time?

When can you request a new one? When it says "approved" in the history tab of the cashier?

I don't use my bank anymore Wal-Mart cashes Canadian checks with no hassle for US players and a very reasonable fee surprised me that they didn't even ask me one question. US players might want to give it a try WHEN they receive theirs.
