I don't understand why you guys continue to play here. Whats the benefit. Whats so good about lock? They are not the fastest. The customer support is by far the worst in the history of online poker. What exactly keeps people playing on this site? I'm just curious because if someone treated me like that I would no longer bother with them. You get strung along and strung along. It's like they're saying "we can treat these fools anyway we want and they will still stay here". The most important thing is simply do NOT lie to your customers, that's it. The lock support handle said to PM him of ur cashout is taking over 3 weeks and he'd look into it. I talked to him 2 weeks ago and am now in weeks 6 and weeks 4 waiting for cashouts. I rake hundreds of dollars per week and that rake is going back to merge if I don't have a check that doesn't bounce by the end of the week. Enough is enough. Will sell my lock money for .85 on the dollar to get it all off if I have to. Complete ****ing joke. STOP LYING TO YOUR CUSTOMERS!

I browsed this thread b/c I was thinking of putting money on the new Revolution Network, where they have lightning fast payouts! But.... I am surprised cashing out sucks so bad here. Lock is touted as having the fastest payouts. I am going to hold off until the new software comes (cough) and these issues get sorted. I hope you all get your money soon.

Lock is not by any means the fastest cashout option for U.S. players. Bovada and intertops are both far superior in cashouts and customer support. A little fyi for all you out there that think Lock is the best option. I for 1 prefer bovada over them all because even without the rakeback, the games are far mor fishier and the casino pays out far more frequently than any of these other sites!

When was the last time someone cashed out via check successfully?

I recently emailed support regarding only being able to cashout 1 check at a time now. Below are the emails between lock and i. It's pretty obvious Lock is running the biggest ponzi scheme around! I also have two checks that i cashed out over a month ago that i have not received. Listed them below as well.

All checks cleared the bank! I have to be fair to lock, because my cashouts have pretty much always followed the 3-4 week timeline and have cashed, although I know a lot of you have different experiences. Of course, now that I'm confident that the cashout process works, they switched to this janky software and all the tournies shrunk... Good luck all, be patient.

I really wish Rizen or Shane would chime in and say when checks were coming. I know their primary focus is getting the new network going but any news would be appreciated ATM.
