Still no bank transfer from Lock. Shocker!! Seriously, I am out of patience with this so-called new and improved withdrawal option. It has been 3 weeks since mine was processed. All of us could have received courier checks by now. All of the checks are coming within a week or 10 days now according to numerous posts....so frustrating. I have asked them twice to cancel the bank transfer, since it is obviously not a working method, but they haven't even acknowledged that request.

Oh and support@lockpoker.com email is apparently full and accepting no emails...lol go figure...this is a hot mess

I'm still waiting on a bank wire that was "processed" on February 26th. So far they have given me four different dates that the money would appear in my account by and each of them has come and gone.

I'm still waiting for a check from December of last year. Numerous emails have been send back and forth between myself and support but nobody seems to know where it is. I've offered alternative suggestions but no action have been taken to help me. Rizen has very helpful in answering PMs and forwarding issues, but the support team does not respond to my emails. I am very disappointed in how everything has been handled so far. I won't be playing on Lock poker until these issues have been resolved.

also, I heard the same thing about when we should receive our wire transfers. Keep in mind that this is what the processor is telling Lock so I don't think Emily or Rizen are going to have any more info than what they've been told (which is expect them now). I do know we can't cancel our current wires because they have already been handed off. Hopefully, we'll see some positive posts of acceptance this week. I promise I'll post if I get mine. I don't know when I'll get it and it's annoying that it's taking so long but I 99.999% expect to get it.

Im in the same boat with the bank tranfers. I requested 3-3 and was processed 3-6. Still nothing. On the bright side I have completed 2 western union withdraws in the last 2 weeks. Not missing carbon at all...

Been 19 days for first Bank Transfer, and about 10 for 2nd, STILL WAITING.

PM'ed Rizen last week, he forwarded email to support, they said I should see it soon.

So annoying. Why cant they email and say they're willing to switch my payments to check to expedite my transactions?

I dont even have check as an option.

Its not a simple case of switching your cashout method because 3rd party processors are involved. Our cashier team has sent the funds to the processor who we are now waiting on to finalize your withdrawal to you.

The updates we have been giving come directly from the processor.

so where is lock poker based in? do we have a company in the US or any partners in the US?

Shane can you answer three simple questions?

#1 Who is the 3rd party processor? Because support would always tell us JDB was that 3rd party processor.

#2 The updates we have been receiving are basically, "next week the check is in the mail" type excuse. What is the actual reason this is taking so long? No one has told of us that. I believe it would be the best way to handle this situation.

#3 What is the date the "3rd party processor" as given you?

OK, well if doesn't hit our bank accounts by end of business day tomorrow we sure would appreciate you answering those three questions I asked you.

We have given you the exact information that we got to hand. As you can see throughout these threads several people have had payments hit, and checks are going out faster than ever.

I'm trying to cashout $2,000 of my $6,000 balance. When I click submit it keeps telling me that the amount im cashing out plus the $25 fee is more than I have in my account.

WTF is going on?

Also it keeps sending my money to the casino after the cashouts fail, extremely annoying.

Any help would be appreciated, thanks.

And now it's not even letting me send the $2,000 back to my poker account, as it exceeds the daily transfer limits. I mean Lock, no need to be this shady, like, at all. Just give people their ****ing money.

And when there's a glitch in your system that doesn't allow people to cashout 2k of their 6k balance, stop sending their money to the casino. That's a damn joke.

Also I have another question. My first check I recieved from Lock cleared the first business day I deposited it.

My 2nd check i deposited on saturday, and it said it'd be cleared by today. Well, it hasn't. Does this mean it has bounced?
