Requested 2/25; approved 2/26.

Not really worried about it. I'm sure Lock is as frustrated with the timeframes as some people are. I would be a little more cautious on the timeframes as they are (even if the processor is telling you they can do it quicker) but no real issues for me. The check I recently received was a little over 3 weeks which I consider good in today's environment.

I live 10 mins from commerce and bicycle, they take $3.50, $4.50, or $6 rake each hand.. first mathematical, profitable level at any skill level is $500-$1500 5/10 game.. Going to the casino is an even worse idea then waiting 2 months to get a check, which is standard online..

I got the same email 2 days ago about recieving my money this week. Was processed on 3/1 but just checked and still nothing.. Tahoe/reno on friday really hoping its here

FWIW, this is my only problem with Lock at the moment. They tell you will be here in 2-3 day or in this case today. They are hoping for the best and when it doesn't come to fruition the customer is unhappy.

The response should be, "We are starting a new payout service. The processor told us it will be 2-3 days but we expect some delays because it is a new service. We are working along with the processor to get your payment to you as quick as possible, however we cannot give you an exact timetable at the moment."

Also, I would stick with Rizen, Shane, or your rep to get answers over CS.

I always wonder if people are using " bank wire" and "Bank Transfer " interchangeably when they are clearly different..

Has to be the Direct Bank Transfer option. The prior Bank Wire option is no longer a valid option I believe. There are some previous postings by reps stating this.

I just got confirmation from our cashier team that this was a Direct Bank Transfer, if anyone else thats waiting could check their banks they might find good news too.
