My bank transfer was processed Feb-28th so we'll see if it shows up today or not.
FWIW, this is my only problem with Lock at the moment. They tell you will be here in 2-3 day or in this case today. They are hoping for the best and when it doesn't come to fruition the customer is unhappy.
The response should be, "We are starting a new payout service. The processor told us it will be 2-3 days but we expect some delays because it is a new service. We are working along with the processor to get your payment to you as quick as possible, however we cannot give you an exact timetable at the moment."
Also, I would stick with Rizen, Shane, or your rep to get answers over CS.
