My check is still 'requested'.

Rizen, TheVillageGrinder requested his a day after mine and already received his. Mine has not even been processed yet. How can this be?

requested one of mine on the 12th (other on the 20th) also and its still listed as 'requested'. hopefully the casino side doesnt start taking as long as the poker side to get a check.

Courier checks only apply to the casino side. Merge's cashier handles the poker side checks and AFAIK do not refund check fees.

Check Request (poker side) : 7/2

It is still 'pending' -- wish I knew to cashout from casino side. From what I've read on here, the status will remain as 'pending' until the check arrives in the mail.

Is that correct ? Also, is it worth my while to email support and try to get this cashout sped up?

Obv will be cashing out on casino side from here out. thx

Yes, you can have pending withdrawals on both sides.

It applies to both sides, but only the first from EITHER side. So if you requested a check on both sides during the same calendar month you could only get reimbursed for one of those two.

I've followed up on several 'requested' checks and am waiting to hear the answer.

As far as TVG's check, I can't explicitly answer without going to support and asking the details, but I know each request goes through an audit and depending how many transfers/etc are on your account one account might take longer to audit prior to approval than another. that is the only explanation I can come up with.

I wouldn't "assume" anything. I have had that happen twice. However, I requested on 7/19 and the status is still "requested." Clearly, it is as frustrating as hell because I hoped that the check would go out today (Mondays, as previously stated many times).

Rizen forwarded an email for me, but as he said, there hasn't been any response yet. We can only wait and hope.

Misc.: As I stated in my prior post(s), I've emailed both Lock Poker and Lock Casino from my email address and directly from the Lock client. I have never received any sort of response...nothing. It's been almost 10 days since my first email. I do appreciate Rizen doing his thing on here, though. Thanks, man. Still pretty sketched that there's no communication from Lock at all.

Lock is brilliant, they offer fast and quick cashouts for a week or two when the market is in flux, get everyone to switch over to their skin and then go back to slow pays. Genius marketing effort, i appreciate the larceny and deception (no sarcasm intended).

Lock is doing well. But they really need to get their withdrawls straight.

If player A withdrawls (requests) from casino side with courier check on 7-15-2011 and has it approved and sent out the following monday. Then player B who withdrew from casino side with same method on same date should also have it approved and sent out at same time.

But by the looks of it, this is not happening.

requested on thursday july 14th, hoping it would go out that next monday the 18th. when it didnt i hoped it would at least go out this monday, the 25th, but it is still "requested". if i have to wait another week just to get authorized, this check will likely take 3-4 weeks to get to me. what happened to the 7-10 days it was supposed to take?

When i requested a check at the start of july and it took a little longer people mentioned it was delayed bc of july 4th weekend and some canadian holiday possibly. it just seems like those were excuses and its much slower than was originally promised.

Please see my post above, they pulled a really good move, do quick cashouts for a couple of weeks, get all of the business from other skins, then go back to sitting on the funds and delaying payouts until the time they exit the US market and make some nice interest on the $$ in the meantime.
