Just like in the internet poker forum, please put the date requested, date approved (for checks that would be when the status goes to "in progress"), date received, and type of payment (check, cash card, etc)

Also, mention whether or not you cashed out on the casino side, or the poker side.

MOD EDIT
For everyone's info the 2+2 Internet Poker Transfer Thread is HERE.
Not reading the rules in the OP will likely get your posts infracted and deleted.

They're a week behind with the holiday and authorized means that yours will probably be sent out in tomorrows batch. I requested on July 14 and its still requested as well.

HOpefully they start doing two batches a week. Guess they don't want us pulling money off too fast.

I don't know why an American holiday would impact the checks. They aren't located in America (where is lock located??) and it isn't a holiday for them, so it should have been a regular business day and checks should have been sent out. Maybe im missing something?

Check requested 7/12, still "requested"

Rizen had said that the checks from around the 4th should be sent out today.

Really hoping that is true. Otherwise it will be 1+ month for waiting on checks in the Casino side which Lock IMO isn't right.

Same here!

Question: does the one free courier check per month apply to the calendar month, or a 30 day period?

i have one from the 6th that had still been "requested" status until today it changed to "authorized" but i did not get an email saying it was processed. what is the status of yours now, "authorized" also?
07-18-2011 , 03:08 PM
requested a cashout last week and was hoping it would get sent out today but it still says requested and is not authorized yet
07-18-2011 , 03:11 PM
Courier checks are taking ~3-5 days to be received after they're processed right? I'm probably not gonna request a check for another week or two but I'm just trying to get a better idea of how long cash-outs are taking.

Support told me that it says pending until the day it arrives in your mailbox.

I requested one on July 14 and my status just changed to authorized today too. I'm assuming that means that we will receive ours in the next batch.

Here's basically how I understand the process. Maybe another poster or Rizen can chime in if I"m wrong.

Right once processed, 3-5 days. But once you request it, it takes several days to over a week for it to become authorized. Then once authorized you are line to get processed. Depending on when in the week that happens (all checks go out/get processed on Mondays) you may or may not be in the next batch.

~Two weeks from the time of request seems to be standard, although I suppose it could be as long as 3.

This is pretty accurate. 3-5 days once processed, should receive a tracking # from FedEx 1-3 days after processed as well. From requested to 'authorized' or 'in progress' usually only takes a few days, although lately it's been taking a little longer. I've asked to be kept up to date on time frames so I can keep everyone informed.

Pending is a step between Authorized and In Progress, and it should be a pretty short one. Mine went from Requested to In Progress within about 4 days.

They claim "In Progress" should only be a few minutes, but mine was there for 2 weeks exactly.

Payout requests can have any of the following statuses within our system:

Requested
Successfully submitted payout requests are assigned the 'Requested' status and are to be reviewed by our team.

Under Review
As our team begins to analyze your request, the status will change to 'Under Review'.

Authorized
If our team determines that your transaction and account activity meets all Terms and Conditions, the status will be set to 'Authorized'.

Pending
This is a collection of requests that fall under any of the above statuses of 'Requested', 'Under Review' or 'Authorized'.

In Progress
Your request is 'In Progress' and our team is awaiting confirmation from the payment processor regarding the fulfilment of your request. Normally, your request will not be in this state for more than a few minutes.

Processed
After your request is fulfilled and funds submitted thru your payout method, the status of your request will be set to 'Processed'.

Cancelled
Via the Payout Review, you have the option to 'Cancel' any requests that have not reached the 'Authorized' status. This instructs our team not to process your request.

Rejected
If our team determines your request is lacking in detail or does not meet the Terms and Conditions of our site, then the status will be set to 'Rejected' and additional details will be found under the Comments section for that transaction.
EDIT: Sorry, several posted between me starting this post and then getting distracted with work *cough*

fixed. heh.

Anyway, I just check and the check that is processed and I just got an email about is no longer available to view. This was the case with the first check I received so I assume this means it is en route.
