The market value of the funds reflects the consensus estimate of their value. Obviously a Lock dollar will eventually be worth $1 or $0, so it's quite a tug of war between the bulls and the bears. Right now the market is saying $0 is more likely.
Oh, it could be inbetween those for a very, very long time if they just keep processing slowly but do pay out people consistently still, people will play..
