Hello I'm very new to this site and it's my second question here. thanks for the reply . I have provided all the documents and everything they asked for ( LOCKPOKER ) and they approved everything already. I tried cashing out using WU and it has been almost 7 weeks since I requested the WU, does anyone know if I am wasting my time playing on This site LOCKPOKER or if they are going to give me my cash out? I emailed them but they told me that I have to wait. first they said to wait between 4 to 6 weeks and now they just don't reply to my emails and when they did reply one time, the person said I had to wait a more time. Please let me know what you guys know or if I should just stop waiting my time there and not play anymore. what other sites are better and have faster cash outs? I appreciate all the replies and help I can get here. Thank you!

You can just expect to wait several months for any cashout, and accept that cashouts may fail every so often. Also, there is the chance that many people will not get their money from Lock ever, but will maybe get paid by another site eventually instead.

If this is ok with you, you should play there.

what other places do you recommend? I'm USA player. This is very sad news to me but I guess is better to know now than later. I'll stop wasting my time there. It's messed up because I already had more money won there. I can't ask for two WU at a time, I have to wait till one clears. BS

Lol man I'm only joking. Wait times for all U.S. players at lock is taking months. You should read the TONS of other threads here. If you don't want to wait go to the transfer thread and sell you Lock

I cashed out February 25 and have been verified for quite some time. I am waiting on two verified WU withdrawals. Anybody know how to speed up this process? I sent several desperation emails to Lock, but they aren't helping too much and are discrete as to a time frame on when I can expect as usual.. Anything I can do to speed up the process??? ANYBODY?
05-24-2013 , 11:28 AM
You can email Shane, he'll then "make sure" you are on the priority list.

Honestly, however, you aren't even going to make the super priority list yet. As frustrating as it must be for you (waiting 3 months), there are multiple people here who have been waiting 5+ months.

Still, about all you can do is email Shane. Apparently when HE emails support/cashier, they actually listen as opposed to when mere customers do so.

How many priority lists there is?

Priority 1-15 and SUPER PRIORITY ( McCormick ) ?
05-27-2013 , 09:04 PM
Lock specifically has told me that there is no such thing as a 'priority list' when I asked to be put on it. I dont know who to believe, I just want to pull my hair out. wa wa wa

There's nothing you can do. There's no priority list.

This is unpleasant, but all the signs suggest that the players' money wasn't segregated, and that the vast majority of it is gone. We don't know that for certain, but that theory fits the facts, and this community has seen the same scenario unfold several times before. It's hard to imagine another explanation for what has transpired over the past year.

All you can do is hope that you're one of the few who receives a small cashout. Even in the worst case (insolvent site, along with conversion of player funds), there would still be a few cashouts trickling through as a means of building some marketing buzz, hoping that new players deposit.

You can sell your Lock dollars if you're willing to cash out at the reality-based expected value (as dictated by the market).

@frommagio
I love how you outline the worst case scenario than suggest that people "can" sell their funds at market value. Do you think this is responsible? Another question, are you purchasing funds?
05-28-2013 , 03:46 AM
@JohnH, Not only is Lock $ selling really low already, (plenty low enough for anyone who believes in Lock to purchase), but I truly don't believe any comments we make as users could drive it down right now. At this point, it's the backlog of players who aren't receiving withdrawals who are continually looking for ways to sell their Lock $ that is driving the price down. The more and more players Lock doesn't pay out timely enough, the more supply of Lock funds there will be to hit the P2P transfer thread (market). Lock itself controls the value of their $, not anything that is posted any longer in this support forum.

Just to be clear, I'm not purchasing Lock funds, nor have I been playing on Lock in the last couple months. They don't deserve my business if they can't pay 4-5 month old withdrawals. And they deserve every piece of criticism from both players and spectators. This Lock support forum doesn't dictate the price of Lock funds. People in the P2P thread post their prices based on the supply and prices posted before them. Same as when you sell a used book on Amazon. If you want to sell yours quicker, you post the lowest sales price. Only, in this situation, everyone is trying to sell theirs quicker, so the price will plummet.

I don't always troll, but when I do, it involves Lock cashouts.

I like to imagine Shane as a huge pothead that just giggles constantly as he pretends to help us solve our problems.

LMFAO. I love this.

@vindictive:

I don't doubt you at all. You make very specific points based on either your personal situation or specific information about the crisis.
Others however post blind speculation, theories, and are in general fear mongering; if someone posts something like that and then makes the "helpful" suggestion that they sell the funds via p2p transfer I think it is reasonable to ask the question.

You have a suspicious mind, lol. Yes, I think it's responsible. If I had Lock funds, I'd tend to be a seller. Of course, I'd have never put money on such a shady site in the first place, but then I've been around long enough to see lots of scams. Although we don't know 100% that it's a scam, you'd have to be naive to ignore the heavy evidence.

The market value of the funds reflects the consensus estimate of their value. Obviously a Lock dollar will eventually be worth $1 or $0, so it's quite a tug of war between the bulls and the bears. Right now the market is saying $0 is more likely.

If you think this is all blind speculation and fear mongering, you're just not watching very carefully. What theories fit all the evidence?

I can't believe people don't understand that they shouldn't play at LOCK POKER unless they want to waste their time and money. I gave up playing there because I have never seen any of the money I have won there. To me, that site is managed by thieves and I'm done wasting my time there. good thing I opened my account with 300 dollars but all my hard work and all the money I made there, I know I'm not going to see all my winning and that's why I will never recommend that site to anyone I know. I can't wait for pokerstar to start taking US players and it's all nice and legal.
