You have a suspicious mind, lol. Yes, I think it's responsible. If I had Lock funds, I'd tend to be a seller. Of course, I'd have never put money on such a shady site in the first place, but then I've been around long enough to see lots of scams. Although we don't know 100% that it's a scam, you'd have to be naive to ignore the heavy evidence.
The market value of the funds reflects the consensus estimate of their value. Obviously a Lock dollar will eventually be worth $1 or $0, so it's quite a tug of war between the bulls and the bears. Right now the market is saying $0 is more likely.
