I made a mistake when I requested my bank wire and mixed up some #s. I have been emailing lock for a long time and they hardly ever even email me back. WHEN THEY DO THEY ALWAYS SAY THE SAME THING. You'll get the wire this week. We will email the cashier manager. Been hearing that 4 weeks, now they don't even email me back.

The client will randomly crash sometimes when I multitable sngs. Also, it seems to slow down and lag if I'm playing for a while. (only seems to happen when I'm playing more than 5 tables at a time though.) A reboot of the client seems to fix this...just a little, until it slows down again eventually. What's with this client? It can't be just my computer. Because I've never had this problem with any other client/poker software. Even bodog's old client (laughable I know) seems more stable.

obviously no one will help me here either. i sent lock 4 emails this weekend asking them to just put my $250 back in my account and I have 0 replies. the site is a joke worst customer service i have ever had. my money has been m.i.a. for 2 months and they haven't done anything to help me except lie and tell me i am getting my money this week for 4 weeks.

Getting my account verified is an absolute joke. I sent an e-mail 2 weeks ago asking what I needed to do to get it verified? Page sent me back an e-mail with all forms needed. I sent them in same day, note this was 2 weeks ago. Never heard anything back. 3 days ago I send a 2nd email asking what is going on, Paul replies asking for additional forms even though I copy pasted the email from Page showing everything I needed. Never hear back from Paul. Reply again today, he replies saying it is now in Que. What about the last 2 weeks? What a joke.

Glad to be playing poker again!

I'm running into an issue where the game table hangs after about 10 seconds of sitting. I have to force quit and restart the program about 3 times before I'm allowed to play at my given table. Any clue why this is happening?? I updates my windows update and I'm running on a clean profile without a bunch of background processes. What's funny is that while the table hangs, the lobby is fully functional...until I try and close the table window. I appreciate your help.

Are you using merge keys? It tends to do that.

Is lock poker not taking people from New York? I tried to make an account and it said that people from my location aren't allowed to play....?

i made my account when I was living in Spain, moved back to USA and kept playing, they froze my account and wanted a utility bill, didn't accept the Spanish one I sent in and now won't respond to my e-mails even though I have $ in there..

I live in Louisiana now, can I switch to this address? I know Cake accepts LA players but Lock didn't in the past. Rizen, please help.

Hi, I just downloaded the new lock poker patch.* I CANNOT see my whole cards at my table.* Nor can I see my own screen name or type in the chat box.* I can, however, post blinds, see flops/turns/rivers/ and bet/call raise.* Is this a bug??* Here is a link to a screenshot: http://i88.photobucket.com/albums/k1...Screenshot.png This occurs at real money tables and play money tables after the recent lock patch converting to the Cake network.

Key note, it asked me to create my new screen name.* I made my screen name |LampShade|* Is it possible that the error has to do with the fact that my screen name has a | as the first character?* If so, can you please change my screen name?

So I havent played on lock poker for almost a week. Opened it up today and it popped up an updating page. But then it says to check my connection and it freezes. I just heard they merged with cake. Should I just uninstall lock and try reinstalling it?

A few other people are having this problem right now. There's a thread about it, but we don't have a response yet. FWIW, uninstalling and reinstalling didn't work for me.

I've also been experiencing this problem for the past week, I was hoping the new update would fix it but I can't even download it to find out. Haven't played lock since I upgraded from my laptop but at that point it worked perfectly. Then my laptop died and I replaced my computer with a new desktop, the only thing that changed was I upgraded to a quad core processor with 8gb of ram, my OS is still Windows 7. This turned from an occasional problem into a constant problem.

Every time that I opened the software, I would play like 2 or 3 hands at my tables and it would freeze. Thinking HEM had something to do with it I shut it, and everything else on the computer down but it still froze. But now today, when I went to download the update I'm being told that my internet connection needs to be checked and the download doesn't ever go past 140-350kb before the download stops and I'm given that error message.

Is anyone else having problems with updating their client due to supposed internet issues? Is this something on my end or is it something on Lock's? The only thing I can think of this being on Lock's end though is maybe the server is overloaded because everyone is waking up and trying to download it all at the same time? If that isn't the case then I'm wondering if there's something on my end I can do to fix this. My computer is way better than my last one and the last one ran Lock just fine.

I'm pretty bummed because I think I'm actually one of the few people that enjoyed this software/site. I'm hoping maybe Rizen or Shane will see this or perhaps someone in this thread will have experienced my same difficulties and will have a solution? I suppose all I can do is wait, I've already been waiting a little more than a week and there's usually not much traffic on in the mornings anyway. Any help would be greatly appreciated though.

I tried going to lock poker and reinstalling it, the download link doesnt even work

I also had trouble opening the client. I uninstalled it and now I can't install it.

Has anyone found of a solution, or does anyone know when/if Lock will fix this?

Hi, Please try to see if i can get refund... even though i know i played at my own risk!!!! i wrote this article last night in suggestion box, but no service response!!!
THIS IS ABSURD!!! With the hype of Lock leaving merge for better traffic and better service is a joke!!! Today woke up was a bit excited to see new site, but instead got extremely angry when uploaded new software seen only 4 events and low guar., registered 30R 3k guar. and 10R 2k guar. around 4pm, when windows opened to start events figured lets give it a shot, didnt realize untill it was my turn to act that i have no cards(cant see them on screen on my avatar)!!!!!!!! Multiple hands went by, i kept complaining to maybe see if moderator is watching, meanwhile only had table laugh obv. WAS NOT FUNNY TO ME WHEN MY MONEY IS INVESTED!!!! HORRIBLE CHOICE TO LEAVE MERGE!!! ABOUT 7 HANDS IN WHEN IT WAS MY BIG BLIND IT WAS ON ME AND I KEPT TRYING TO PRESS FOLD AS I DID PAST 6 HANDS BUT I FELT LIKE ITS A DREAM BECAUSE THIS CANT BE SERIOUS!!!! SORRY FOR CAPS BUT THIS IS ABSURD!!! HOW CAN I GET REFUND!!!!!! IT WAS NOT OVER!!!! TRYING TO KEEP PRESSING TO SIT BACK IN, WHICH WAS DOING NOTHING, ALSO MAJOR PROBLEM NO TIME BANK, I TRIED TO EXIT THE PROGRAM WAS NOT ALLOWING ME, SHOWING QUICKLY WINDOW FORCED EXIT PROCESS AND DID NOT EXIT!!! When I click the "Cashier" button in the Lock application, it takes me to a webpage that says "To access the cashier, click the cashier button in the Lock Poker application."

Why does my 'casino' button next to the admin button in the client lobby have a bunch of question marks all over it?

It seriously looks like the joker came by to vandalize.

Also, I can't transfer money from my casino balance to my poker balance. It says error or something and talk to live support... (BUT YOU CAN'T BECAUSE LIVE SUPPORT DOESN'T EXIST HAHAHAHAHAHAHA JOKES ON YOU)

For some reason I have like 74 cents in my casino balance from a withdrawal where they made the withdrawal an even amount and put the change in my casino balance.

I just made a final table, and after my table broke, the tournament didn't re-seat me. I lost 1/4 of my stack blinding off before I re-started the software and I was given my seat. That's ridiculous and probably cost me a non-insignificant amount of equity.
