How I can actually make bet size I want by typing? I have already "lost" at least 50bb because my valuebets came up only size of 1bb......

Running pt4 on a PC, when I play 6max tables the HUD is always mixing up the 6 players. Even after I match the HUDs with the players and press save layout, next table I open has the same problem

Anybody know how to fix this?

When I type it in that way, it stays as 1bb. Even after I typed in amount and then press enter, it came as 1bb. What I mean is, when I type in amount, it doesnt change the bet amount in that box which you use to bet/raise. It only works with those small buttons "1/2 pot" or "2/3 pot" or with slider and that is a pain to move.

i made a lock account real fast the other day, and never signed up for any rakeback or any kind of bonuses like that, i obv dont want to continue playing without it, is there a person i can pm who reps lock that can help me get rb?

just email support and ask them to switch you over, ain't no biggy & they'll do it within 24 hours I'm sure.

You have to change the default seat in PT so it knows which seat you are auto seating in... should be fixed after fiddling with the options a little bit.

Rizen I sent you an e-mail about Western Union on Dec 25th and havent heard back. I know it has only been a couple of days but it was a fairly simple question asking if the rumors are true about WU coming back to LOCK? It makes no sense that it just got eliminated from the cashier out of nowhere. It was the simplest way for US players to cash out w/out waiting for a check for over a month...

Unless you signed up through an affiliate (in which guess you would probably already have rakeback), I am guessing they put you on VIP program, but not sure.

Rakeback is definitely better unless you start playing much more (I think generating 1000$ rake/MGR per month is when you want to switch, but not sure - there are other threads that cover this you can look/ search for). Just email support and tell them you want to be on rakeback/ a rakeback player. They'll put you on 35% rakeback & you can check this on your admin page.

I feel your pain man..I posted a question on here for Rizen about when WU will be back but I'm sure I wont get a respond..e-mailed him as well. It's such a shame that these sites can take our money so easily and so fast, but yet it's such a damn hassle to get our money out...fair world right
