Been waiting almost 3 days now for a email reply. Waiting for them to verify my account, seems as if they weren't working all weekend.

The last 2 MTT's i registered for(one of them was a maximus event), my table did not open up and i was not able to play when the tourny started. I tried clicking on the open my table button in the tourny lobby and a screen popped up that said "unable to join table". it stayed like this for 20-25 min before the table finally opened on its own

im just curious, is anyone else having this problem?

there is a bug that needs fixed. when you deposit through western union it says your acct will be credited within 30 minutes. last time it took 12 hrs and even longer for others. please fix this it is misleading and very annoying

about 8 months ago i self banned myself from playing cash games...on march 3rd i email support asking them to remove this ban and they never did....my screenname is coconut9184

That's kind of the point of a self ban. They probably won't be able to lift it for you.

OK I have a fairly serious issue that comes up with rebuying in cash games.

If player A is on a short stack, and is all-in in a multiway pot with action left to happen, the all-in players table balance will show "$0.00". However, if that allin player rebuys before the action is complete, the new table balance will immediately update on the screen for the allin player.

Now this player is still all-in and cannot use this new money that is showing, but since there are other players still acting postflop, it can easily be misleading or lead to mistakes by the players who have actions left to take.

Played a hand tonight where I raised two limpers and both players called. The first caller was allin when he called my bet. It showed that he had no money left to play for. However before the hand was over, the allin player had rebought for an additional 10 or 15 dollars. The zeros were replaced by this new amount, even though the hand was not over yet. Either of the players with actions left could have made a mistake due to this in thinking there was still multiple players with money behind and left to act.

I would suggest putting "all-in" in a players stack size box, and not updating it to the new balance until after the hand.

Please confirm with me that you have acknowledged this issue and are taking action. Thanks.

I feel like I got cheated out of a first deposit bonus. I read numerous places that I could have a bonus applied after receiving a player to player transfer instead of depositing. I had $25 transferred to my account as a test to see if I was able to receive funds, and when I received it successfully I received the rest ($475) immediately. These transfers were on the day I opened my account and before I started playing. I emailed support to credit the bonus and they credited $38 instead of $750 because they only counted the first transfer. I emailed support again and they said that I should feel lucky that they gave me the $38 because I didn't deposit. I feel I am owed $712 and will not play until this is resolved. I pay over $150/day in rake so they will quickly make their money back if I am given this bonus that i feel I deserve.

Your first "deposit" was $25. I would do the same thing they did in that spot. However, I would of looked and after your explanation I would as a company overwrite it and give you the bonus for the 2nd deposit. But you are certainly not owed it.

you weren't cheated at all. that's not their policy & actually told me no they wouldn't do it a few months ago. You basically asked for & received a gimme from them, then questioned their integrity and on top of it all...failed to look up the word's "first" or "deposit" before acting childishly.

If you are given the bonus you actually deserve, they'll debit your account $38. If you actually rake $150 a day you'll quickly make your money back & by your own selfish/greedy reasoning all in the world will be just again

I've been back and forth with support all day trying to receive a part of my bonus it is a 50$ bonus. It began over two months ago and I've only received 5.00$. I've deposited at least 300 since the bonus started and played in at least 1000$ worth of tourneys and sngs now I'm busto looking for any kind of help username is SNAPCALL87

If you mean $1000 as in that was the buy in then $5 in bonuses sounds about right. If you mean $1000 in rakeback (which i doubt it ) then yes your owed some bonus.

Why do I only have a timebank like 20% of the time postflop? Just doesnt show up most of the times, but sometimes it does. Always shows up preflop tho. Soo tilting especially when i dont know if theres gonna be a timebank or not. Is there some setting i should change or something?

Lock support is beyond pathetic. There is no order in processing withdrawals. Bank transfers have been randomly processed during the last two weeks. DO NOT USE THE BANK TRANSFER WITHDRAWAL OPTION. They stated it would be 24 to 48 hours, and I have not received a bank transfer that was processed on 2/28!!!!!!! All I get is generic cut and paste empty promises (when they do bother to respond). Lock does not take any responsibility for the way overdue withdrawals. All they do is place the blame on the processor. Hello!!!! I am Lock's customer!! I am not the processor's customer!!!
Even worse, they continue to have Direct Bank Transfer as a withdrawal option, when it is hit or miss at best. Do not make promises you can't keep. Lock has taken away market share from other Merge skins SOLELY based upon promised cashout times. It is dishonest and unethical, especially when Lock is not really disclosing what is really going on.
Lastly, I have not been offered any compensation at all. I am past my breaking point, hence the spewing!! I am going to keep posting all over 2+2.

a couple times tonight while chatting while playing, i would hit enter when action folded to me unknowingly, and it would force me to min raise every time. really annoying. never had it happen on Carbon.

I have found the support at Lock to be the worst I have ever dealt with. Takes days to get a response if you ever get any at all. For any matter. How can anyone say anything good about this. Also, why the live support tab if there is none?

Hi, player to player transfers aren't working for me today. I've transferred fine in the past, and now when I try to send money to my friend it is not letting me. Can you see the problem for me and possibly fix it please?

i tried to deposit using money gram on sunday and it didnt work, for the last 4 day while my money has been floating around i have written at least 4 emails and left at least 4 voicemails, i have had no response am starting to feel ripped off. i mean wtf i try to give money and pay rake and i cant even get a response, what kind of bootleg site is being run here. can you please try to get a hold of somebody to load my acct i have all my transaction numbers with me if u need them my acct name on there is FtheDOj

Cashier bug? When I click on "Cashier" from the Lock lobby, the Cashier window opens. Then I click Deposit Now (or the Deposit tab) and get the window with the option to deposit to Poker or Casino. I click on one of those, and I go back to the Cashier window. I empties my cache, but that didn't make any difference.

Anyone else having this problem, or is this connected to the fact that I'm now more than a month waiting to have my account verified? (Shane kindly stepped in two days ago to try to figure that out for me.)
