The new software update has made it such that I cannot see any games at all. No ring games, no tournaments, no nothing. I can see the banner scrolling tournaments and tournament times across the top so I know they are there. Anyone else having this issue?

looks like it must be across the board. Some issue with the update I imagine. I emailed support 5 min ago but I would imagine they will fix this quickly since at the moment there is likely no new players joining games.

Our technical team are making some changes so you might not see ring games in the lobby. They will be back after few minutes so please bear with us for a little while.

about 5 mins ago i had $100.00 in my account. I refreshed the page, and it said $76.50. I had played not one game during this time. I again refreshed, and it said $102.75! wtf is going on?!

Yea I completely agree, I don't understand where they have the grounds to refund a player after he sends first and gets a dump. This has to be wrong. I've given my number to rizen and lock support if there's anyone on here who can help me just shoot me a pm and i'll give them. I'd just like to get this resolved correctly.

I was scammed a few months ago by a player on Lock. I sent him Lock money and he never sent me BOA $. I posted it on here, and Shane immediately contacted Lock security. Because of the agreements we made on 2+2, and screenshots of my BOA account, Lock said they would have been able to intervene and get my money back from the scammer's Lock account. Unfortunately, the scammer had already dumped his account to someone else.

So while I wasn't able to get Lock to reverse my transfer to the scammer, I don't think it's unheard of, and I would assume they have done it before.

How does someone prove a dump was not dumped?? i Submitted proof 12 screen shots long showing entire skype chat that showed him sitting and having a conversation about the dump the entire time while the dump was happening. Lock is the worst. This is beyond a scam that a site is supporting. Also im still not getting any support. They are saying he proved that he didn't get paid..... like WTH. Any suggestions?

Does it even matter??? How can i get anything done? IF A SITE HELPS a scam WHERE do i go from there?

Is there a way to get the whole lobby to refresh for cash games? As I click on individual tables they refresh but that makes finding tables slow.

It all depends on time of day, etc... I've had transfers go within minutes and others take up to 12 hours... but yes, this should be something pretty simple. Transfers should never take this long.

I made the mistake of trusting in a person and sent 1k in lock money in return for money to be sent back to me western union. Of course this guy has a full blown conversation and then once he gets his money I got absolutely nothing and he instantly signs himself off of Aim. I have been contacting live chat and support and getting emails from them and doing my part on my end but still nothing after 5 days. I even did research on this guy and found out a lot about him. I was wondering cause I don't know the rules of 2 plus 2 am I allowed to put this guy out there on blast so this doesn't happen to anyone else and does anyone know of legit buyers not pieces of crap like this dude!!!

I'll PM one of the moderators that is in charge of that area for you since you can't PM him b/c of your post count and also b/c I believe you can't access the trading thread yet.

I played a $15 (14.41+.59 rb) 6-man hyper turbo and I won first on March 4th, and the funds were never added to my account. I e-mailed support and they told me that the cashier would have to investigate the matter and get back to me. That was on the 6th. I'm starting to think that I've fallen through a crack.

As far as why this happened, I'm wondering if it is because I clicked the exit button at the top of the screen before Lock had registered that I won? It is really strange because this has never happened to me before.

well turns out my internet was messed up and something something about a port or something

my brother came over fixed my internet and made fun of me mercilessly for what seemed like hours. And now i am on lock again.... so my apologies for thinking it was locks fault i couldnt log on


maybe lock could help me get some rakeback from rakebrain.com... i can't figure out why that isn't happening

I wish they would recode the site, so that the Cashier page didn't open up in an internet page, but in another window just like P$ and FTP.. and its always laggy.

responded on here, wrote a thing to rizen and between me and andrew have contacted support multiple times both of our accounts are both locked still and no comment on the 3k you guys just boned us up the ass with.
