Shane, I emailed you a couple days ago a support conversation thread that hit a dead end, about an audio issue I'm having with the Lock client. I could really use some help getting it escalated! Posting here in case it wound up in your spam folder...

One of the biggest issues imo is if you are in a tournament and its down to 2 tables and you choose to watch the table you are not playing in when you reach the final table you lose connection sometimes and miss a couple hands

the distortion shifts and moves as action continues on the table. So Ridiculous.
Fwiw, I am running Win8 on a Razer.

Support's suggestions were
Complete Uninstall/Fresh Install -- tried this countless times, which makes me believe its some sort of hangup with how my laptop communicates w/ poker client.

Avoid running any file sharing software that can affect data packets being sent from your poker program to our servers.
Avoid running other poker software at the same time as the software demands a constant data stream.
Avoid any Internet streaming sites that demand a constant flow of information as this may also affect the speed that your computer can communicate with our servers and lead to freeze-ups and disconnections.
Make sure your computer has all the necessary updates installed as this may also affect your computer's performance. You can do this by selecting Windows Updates on your Start menu.
Use the "Disk cleanup" option located in the accessories tray of your desktop to clear old programs that may be affecting the running speed of your CPU.
Do not have too many poker tables open at the same time. Build it up gradually, one by one, to see how many your computer is comfortable handling.
If you continue to experience issues I would ask you to connect your Internet connection via wire directly as the use of wireless routers can result in instability depending on Internet Service Providers and where the wireless router is positioned.

Im almost insulted at some of these suggestions. If the first thing that comes to mind is "Are you effing kidding me lock?" you are not alone.

Im trying to download on my new laptop, running windows 8 and my anti virus stops it from finishing every time, all other sites have been fine except lock, what could be the problem?

Bugs hardly mater if you cant make withdrawals. I have at a minimum 40 emails to the cashier regarding a Jan 13, 2012 withdrawal request. It wasn't until i reported it to the gaming commission that it was approved. Still meaningless as I have not been paid. I am certain to keep up the pressure with the gaming commission Curaçao Egaming. My emails are available to anyone that wants to read them. I have to beg for $1300. Very fast to take the money however. Contents of one email as follows:

Hello Patrick:

The last time someone told me 7-14 business days 38 days elapsed before anything (if anything) was done on the request. I Would appreciate it if you would expedite this Western Union as a show of good faith since the delays far exceed any reasonable measure. Further, I don’t want to be forced to continue my complaint with the online gaming commission Curaçao Egaming that I opened up just prior to Lock Poker “approving” my withdrawal. If this is a delay tactic I will use every avenue to make certain the entire Poker community is aware of what “games” are being played here, starting with everyone single email exchange we have had. If I don’t have the control number prior to Saturday I will start my campaign. I regret that I am forced into this. Had Lock been honest about the payment delays this never would have been an issue. Notice I copied the Gaming commission.

I look forward to your response more importantly, my withdrawal.

Lock is either going the way of Full Tilt or they are just totally incompetent not to mention bad liars. Better to burn your money than give it to these clowns. At least by burning you can keep warm.

Also, new tables not showing up for at least a few minutes in the husng lobby today.

Had ~12 tourney tables up last night and deep in the 11r, I c/r turn with close enough to the nuts and BOOM!!! Lock completely shuts down on me and pop-up message says "Irretrievable Error" or some ****. Can't remember exactly what it said, was too tilted to think of taking a screen shot and was only worried about getting the client restarted.

bought lock money @.6 and guy is claiming he didn't get paid newest e-mail i just got 10 days later. Got a feeling this awesome support is gonna let the scammer get away w a free 2 grand. Is there anyone that i can actually talk to on phone. I'll leave my number with any of you guys this situation is just totally absurd and support is getting me nowhere.

Lock support is the worse. ^ is 100 % accurate. Sold a Guy .6 on 1.. lock for titan. Handled the transaction. He sent first. i moved funds from my lock to sizzlinbettas to confirm those were movable funds. did the titan transfer. once that was completed i receive lock notice that funds were frozen and this guys claims to never have gotten paid. lock support went about and gave the funds back. Lock support is so terrible. like what else to do?

Can anyone confirm this? Looks unheard of to me, where rather the opposit: their stance is "we can't control what you do outside of the site so we won't ever act here".

(Sorry if this has been covered already.)

Single rebuy tourney's give the option to double rebuy, which i tried, received an error message and was booted from tourney. (I attempted rebuy with 0 chips).

Tournament: 13635181 ($30 1 Rebuy + Add on)

Hand: 3233D00E6D00248

I received the following response after asking for buy-in refund:

Did you play at other tables at the same time? Did you experience a similar problem there too?
How often do you encounter this issue?
Does it happen every time you use the Poker client? If not Out of ‘X’ number of attempts to reproduce this issue, how many were successful?”
Can you send your log files? You can find these by going to Help -> About -> Log Files. The log files will be in the form of text files if you could please send them to us in a zip file.

On the first three pages the only problem wasn't mentioned, and that is that the memory gets stuck with this software even with no hem and even just one table, and I have to wait, being stuck and often I get the buttons back to function too late and my hand is folded. Now that the fish will be reduced, I will have to get out of this network as I lose too much money because of those stucks.

So a couple of times I just can't click on anything in the windows. My computer isn't frozen, I can move the mouse and other applications respond to clicks but I can't click any of the interface buttons. I have to force close the application. This is on a Mac.

sometimes i try to open an empty table, and it opens, then closes and a message pops up saying invalid session id

right after i did that today the whole client closed on me, pretty tilting, and it has happened a couple times this week, pleas fix

When I try to unregister for a tournament, about 50% of the time I get an error message saying "Failed to unregister for tournament".

I consider this a serious issue and I'm really frustrated by it.
