I have to close out of the client, restart it, and by the time your dumpster login is back, I've lost 15k in blinds, any position for that orbit, and my stack is now 1/4 of what it was and I have no fold equity. I mean it would be one thing if it was my internet disconnecting me, but your ****ing software? Off yourselves.

I went away for a while and when I tried to log back on to lock it keeps telling me I have to choose a new screen name which I wont.
it says my old name is taken.
i tried the very lame support first and they told me my account is ok and i should have no problem logging in.
then they told me they adjusted the system and i should be able to log in which of course i cant.
then as usual i got a different support person who seemed to have no record of my communications with lock and asked me what the problem was all over again.
whether its bounced checks, or providing private info which i didnt want to or going down to western union, i have had nothing but problems since i signed on with lock.
ive been in online poker since 05 and been at your table a few times.
if ya can help fine otherwise its bye bye to lock

I can tell you have been away for awhile, Rizen has not been around here in ages.

How the hell do I have connection issues on one table in a sng when other tables on lock have no issues? You have to open and close the table in order to reconnect and by then you have lost a significant amount of chips.

Is anyone else having trouble with adjusting the sizing of tables? Every time I attempt to minimize a table, the entire client just freezes and I have to shut down/restart client. Also, if I try to take a note on a player at the table, the same thing happens. I attempted to clear out my temp files on my computer, as I heard that it could be a memory leak, but that didn't solve the problem. Anyone else had this? or know of a solution?

Just contacted support about the issue.

Here's how the convo went:

hero- " I un-installed/re-installed and completed a memory leak fix up, ensuring that neither was the problem. Do you have any suggestions on how to proceed?"

Lock Rep- " If that didn't work, I would just un-install, then re-install"

Hero- " I already tried that"

Lock Rep- " Oh...well I would try it again"

Ive posted this in the February promo thread but have not gotten an answer in a couple of days. in my reports tab in the Admin page still shows some grind 4 glory tables as double agent tables and has been preventing me from earning prize levels in the rakechase grind table levels. My MGR this month is well over the requirement for levels 1 and 2 and being on rakeback requires me to do double the work to clear these levels. Id like to see this resolved before the prize levels get maxed out and miss out on a payment I should have received.

hello i have a problem with lock poker platform

during the session the image from the tables seems to get freezing and get disconnect few seconds (10 20 sec) enough to lose some pots, fold some hands and so on

during the session i play on many other platforms and dont have this problem, its not from my internet provider to say its because of the internet this small disconnects

Most likely you have auto-reload enabled and you do not have sufficient funds in your account to auto-reload.

2 things bugs that annoy me:

1) Every 5 or 10 minutes I hear a click like internet explorer is refreshing or something and the lobby will pop up to the front.

2) If I'm on a wait list for a table and the reservation expires sometimes the only option to click "not yet" and the expired table keeps popping up until a seat from another table pops up.

well.... lock poker is apparently done with me... i can't connect anymore and i uninstalled/reinstalled it and still nada

My account was locked from withdrawing due to "not wagering enough" (I had made one withdrawal total in my time on Lock). I played some BJ in the casino, and I guess will play some SNGs later, but is there any way you can lift that ban on my account so I can cash out, or am I going to have to play huge volume or high limits to get my money off?
