Re: Lock Poker Bugs/Support

I made two deposits on 07/16. One was for $100.00 and the other was for $95.00. For some reason a third deposit posted to my bank account, but not to my Lock account. It was for $96.83 and it was from "LINKTICK SHANGHAI". So now I am short in my bank account and am being charged for a deposit I never requested. Has anyone else ran into a similar issue?

E-mail me at rizen@lockpoker.com with your account info (just the e-mail and username) and I'll make sure it gets looked at ASAP.

Thanks

you guys have definitely been compromised.
this same thing has happened to me twice now 7/16 one charge for $45.80 plus $1.37 international fee and 7/18 for $50.89 with a $1.53 international fee, both going to LINKTICK SHANGHAI which states that it's a clothing company in China.

Re: Lock Poker Bugs/Support

tourney table didn't load after registration today... took 10-15 minutes for the "take my seat" button to show up.

it's already the 2nd time in the last 10 days. Please ask the dev team to fix it...

This is how players are able to play on Revolution?? Depositing thru fake clothing companies? WTF? Didn't you guys learn anything from FTP, Stars, and UB/AP getting shut down? If you can't host the games without breaking laws then don't do it. You are putting OUR money at risk with this. Why don't you put some of that money your making off US into fighting for our rights to play poker? Why is it up to the players to do everything from fighting for poker rights, catching cheaters, to teaching you how to run your own poker site? It's like were paying you to do nothing but collect checks. And you wonder why online poker is dying...

That feel when you load up a few cash tables and it's just lagging horrendously :\

Brb gotta fold hands on other tables to make sure I don't lag out when I got big hands on other tables.

Re: Lock Poker Bugs/Support

Please fix your waitlist. I'm trying to sit at normal tables, and I keep getting waitlisted for shallow tables. I know this because, there are open normal tables that perfectly suit my criteria. Before I thought it was because everyone is waitlisting as well so I have to wait in line. But these tables have OPEN seats that aren't even reserved. And then I get 9 shallow tables waitlisted in a row. FIX THIS PLEASE.

Re: Lock Poker Bugs/Support

I just subscribed to lockpoker and make a deposit.
When I sit a table my seat keeps marked as "reserved" and I can't see my cards and my bets (in both real and play money)...
The weird thing is if i connect through a fake account (by subscribing with another email adress and fake details) the bug doesn't appear in play money.
Does anyone have ever see this?
Thx

I asked to be switched to the VIP program nearly two weeks ago and got an email a week ago telling me that I would be switched over soon, but it hasnt happened yet. A friend of mine requested days after me and has already been switched, any info on this?
