I opened an account on this tonight. Now, when I launch it, I get a splash screen of some douchebag in a suit staring upwards. Then nothing. Some things go across the top for different tournaments, when I click one, a new screen pops up that is blank and now both screens are frozen.

Can you please get rid of the fancy crap here and just make this work? Seriously, I want poker, not black and white pictures.

Is there a login button that you can click? That should be popping up in another screen on top of the lobby (fancy guy) when you open, unless you have auto login on.. Sometimes doesn't come up for me so I have to click login..

i'm not sure if it's an already listed problem and i dunno exactly how to search for what's going on to begin with, so...

i've just started playing on lock, things seemed to work perfectly fine with 1 table, then 2, then 3, and a little after the 4th weird crap started happening.

cards from the 4th table started to appear on the 3rd one while my first two tables seemed fine. then basically most of whatever was happening on table 4 was showing on table 3 and it became basically unplayable. i eventually closed the bad table and things seemed fine, but even then the button was lost and either in the wrong place or not anywhere at all.

i eventually got down to one table, then upon opening a second game, the second table was cloning from the first one.

what to do? thanks.

How recent is your computer? I've never seen cards on the wrong table, but the software is very slow on older computers, I've noticed. (taking several seconds to register a click and then show next active table) Running on a new computer it's fine client-side, except for the occasional server timeouts (had a pot stay in the middle of the table yesterday for example).

it's not new but it's no dinosaur. basically a gaming pc that'll run whatever's current.

My "old" one was similar - an AMD Phenom II 965 overclocked to 3.8 Ghz, older SSD. Works great for games, Windows apps - but Lock was not having it and I had to upgrade to an I7 to be able to play several tables at once!

hmm, i guess to be more specific i'm using a q6600 and i'm using a fairly new ssd as well. fairly new video card too.

I emailed lock support sometime in July or August to request to be moved to the VIP program and shortly later I received an email back telling me this change had been made. Recently I was talking to my friend about the rate at which points=gaming rev and realized I was only earning half of the points I should have been earning. Prior to this I just thought that these points were difficult to earn and believed everything was working properly just because my rake was being paid into the vault. I emailed support and they said I was in fact correct at this time they assured me that everything should be working properly and it since has been giving the correct amount. I asked them if they would now credit my account with the points that I had missed out on since I switched over and they didnt understand and/or care. Can anyone help me get credited with these points?

Maybe try setting graphics quality to low under the Settings popup? Still sounds pretty bizarre to me. I can see it lagging, but not different tables sharing cards/buttons.

yeah i've gone from high settings to low settings, still has not worked.

got a picture of what it looks like. scrambled is about the best term i can think of. it gets way crazier than this one but i think this should suffice.

Lock owes me $46.80 from a tournament in which i finished in 5th place. There was a phantom player who wasn't even at the table. When we made the final table of nine (nine places paid) the lobby said there were ten players. there was a player named cashunutz in the lobby with zero chips next to his name, but this player kept on moving up the tournament ladder as players were eliminated.

Has anyone else experienced this kind of problem. I have emailed support and not heard anything back. Shane can you please look into this issue for me?

What the **** is it with these 'phantom players' on Lock, you'd start believing it. (in the sense that there may actually be a bug in the software that's making these things actually happen?)

Site has crashed for me and others. Glad I'm one tabling $1 mtt.

Same for me, very frustrating considering I am multi-tabling and this is a consistent problem each week.

Also I have seen and experienced the phantom issue player some time ago but didn't think anything of it.

I have experienced this... It was happening quite frequently for a while. I took screen shots & emailed lock & got brushed off... In my experience, when eliminated, these players are only paid for the spot that they went out in, though there name stays on the list often (or will disappear and reappear). I have always been payed the correct amount.

However, in bigger tourneys, I've noticed that these players are not counted in the prize pool. For instance, one week there were 3 or 4 of these 'phantom' players in the 100k GTD, which got more than 1000 entries. Even after the tournament was completed, the prize pool was still short by 3 or 4 hundred (so if there were 1010 entries, instead of being 101k in the prize pool, there was 100,700 or something like that)...

These players names are also often different on the player list than if you're sitting with them (slight variations (ie AZ/ MadDog or something like that shows as AZ only)).

been playing on lock for a year or so, no real problems. tried to log on two days ago and got:

Error code 212: An error occurred during the log in process. please contact customer support.

no word from customer support. anyone know what this means???

Lock did credit me for the difference I was owed withing 24 hours.

Says something about invalid token, or something. Happening to anyone else? How do I fix this, do I need to run java or some third party program to acess?
