This is very annoying. I am glad you pointed this out. Lock, please fix this issue.

Has anyone else had problems with the hand history? It seems a couple times a week that when I hit the history button, instead of the hand viewer, I get just folders from previous sessions. Sometimes it will have a folder with the present session and sometimes not. Either way it is annoying to have to find the right folder just to see the previous hand.

With the recent thread that was started in NVG about bots I sent the following email to lock support


"Hi,

Poker bots are becoming a serious issue and threaten the viability of the online poker industry-wide. These bots are better than ever before and teams of really really smart people are working together in an effort to improve them even further. Poker sites need to take this very seriously and should work together to combat this issue as effectively and quickly as possible.

For online poker's future and for the benefit of everyone who is involved in this industry, I urge you to please collaborate with other networks/poker sites in developing ways to make poker bots more difficult to create and less effective. If you do not collaborate then you are not doing everything in your power to stop this epidemic.

After about a day I received the following response which was completely unrelated and shockingly off topic

We have put the appropriate steps in place to ensure we stay online for all our players. It is business as usual for Lock with both our US and International players are receiving payouts without issue.

My Vault is not showing up anymore on the stats button. I just took money out two days ago and now I don't even see the vault. Is anyone else having this problem?

The terms and conditions say, " You will not use any software programs which are designed to provide you with assistance in accessing, compiling or calculating information on other users of the website or players of the Games." .

This seems to pretty clearly indicate that PT3 & HEM cannot be used. But I have seen people on this forum talk about using HEM on Lock. What's going on?

I believe the distinction is that PT3 & HEM just provide access to hands you've played, and this is referring to programs that use shared databases/information.

I can get HEM to work. But the HUD only seems to work on tables with 9 players or less. So that means it won't work for me on SNGs and tournaments..

Does anyone else have the same problem or know what I should do about mine?

Anyone get the glitch to where they can bring up their vault and see their balances but can't actually access the vault to move funds?

We do not support them, however they are currently allowed. Both programs have their own support teams which can help you. Table Ninja last I knew did not work with Lock, but there is a program called Merge Keys I believe (you can search the forums for it) that does work.

I think it's 'Show news in game' under Settings>General tab.

quick questions about lockpoker rakeback:

blackvip requires 1000$ rake / month and gives 30% + 10% rakeback?
blackvip elite requires 5000$ / month and gives 35% + 10% rakeback?

also read about long cashouts (thread in this forum), any comments on that?

Essentially yes. The 10% is points exchange in your vault and the 30 and 35% are nightly cash back (essentially rakeback).

Last I knew cash out times were 3-4 weeks, but I've heard some reports of longer again lately, I don't know if that's related to the holidays or a back log, I will check.

what happens if i only have lets say 950 points in a month and the month is ending. do the 950 points get deleted and i cant claim the 1000point/10$ bonus?
or do the points stay?

Our VIP works differently, you could exchange the 950 pts from $9.50, or you could roll them over to the next month and wait for 1000. You can exchange any # over 100 at any time for .01/pt.
