I'm very sympathetic toward your situation as 4months is a travesty to be waiting for a cashout. However my experience with Rizen has been nothing but phenomenal. The guy responds to each of my emails very promptly and gets the situations I ask him to handle taken care of.
If the man says he e-mailed you then I 100% take his word for it. This leads me to believe lock poker emails are going to your spam folder or somewhere you are unable to find them currently.
Again I am very sympathetic to your situation and frankly think you are handling it quite well. However judging by my experience with Rizen and other experiences I've read about I have to believe there is a disconnect in the communication lines somewhere and Lock Poker has been contacting you without your knowledge.
