There is no way to show balance in lobby. You have to click cashier for now. Hopefully they are adding this to next update.

I recently downloaded lock poker and after installation i click to open it and it starts like it is loading up. I see the little square black lock poker icon in the center of my screen then it just stops and disappears. Any suggestions?

When I try to withdraw, it asks for my info, however the only country I can choose is Germany. I have never lived or been to Germany. My correct information shows in the front page of the cashier.

I have been emailing for close to 3 weeks now, sent 10+ emails about the same thing, fully explaining the situation, included screen shots, etc, and NOTHING has happened. I also pmd both rizen and shane who apparently ignored me.

Do you mean nothing has happened, as in the issue has been addressed by support but not to your satisfaction? Or, do you mean that all of your emails, screen shots and pm's to the forum reps have not gotten any response. Please clarify this, OP.

If the latter, this is exactly the type of thing that Lock can no longer afford to have happen.

My admin screen is no where near close to matching up. I have $200ish gaming revenue but 100 points and my vault just opened even though it should have opened $50 ago?

It takes 1-2 hours to update usually. If you started anywhere below 150 and now got to 200 in one session, it likely didn't update untill now.

I live in Germany. Why can not I make a deposit by credit card?
I see the error "This credit card processor only accepts US residents. Please go back and select another option."
This does that mean? Why do I then successfully passed the registration ... strange.

I have gotten 3 total responses, 1 scripted, and 2 from incompetent reps that couldn't understand the situation. Each took 3 or more days, I sent my last email 5 days ago and am yet to receive a response. My first email regarding this matter was sent on July 26th, this is unacceptable. I have not gotten any response to my PMs.

Now instead of being able to request a cash out and wait 6 weeks, I have to wait an extra month just to get a simple problem fixed.

I don't think this is it. Its been off for a while. I've let it sit all night without playing to catch up or do anything. It shows.

i was thinking of moving a little moeny to lock,, but i read all these threads bout lock now,, and am very glad i come check on 2+2 about things therere. still sounds like a big mess, and epople not getting their moeny easy, so i dont know now. prolly will wait now...

If you go to https://admin.lockpoker.eu/login

does it say "Rakeback" at the left side, or "WhiteVIP" ?

If it says Rakeback, the vault will not unlock for you at all, unless you contact support and they agree to open it up for you.

Also, you'd gain points at half the rate VIP players do.

I have been waiting for 16 days on a pending withdrawl and all i get is emails from lock support say 7-10 days for processing its been 16. Now they are say it will be 7-14 days after it is approved there just giving me the run around its a joke.

No it says White VIP. I've contacted support and after a little bit of blah blah blah I've been forwarded to "relevant departments". Heard nothing for two days now.

Alright, yeah that's definately bugged then. Support can be very slow at times, so you'll need to wait i'm sure they'll get it fixed, though.

I emailed Shane and Rizen about my cashout from the 23rd (July) that I hadn't heard anything about until the 14th (August) hours after emailing both. Finally my cashout was approved and within hours the MTCN # was there which I really appreciate. However I went to pick up the money today and was told the senders name was not even close, so obviously I couldn't receive it. Help?

On Merge the 35% rakeback rate was deducted from the VIP earn rate, so 100% - 35% = 65%. I'm assuming the same model holds for Revolution where the RB is 36%, ergo 64% VIP rate. Purely speculation my part, I haven't bothered to try and calculate my VIP earn rate yet. I just know at my volume that RB is way better. In fact as I recall RB is better for just about everyone short of Black.

When I look through the cash lobby and players, sometimes they don't load, actually most of the time. Only way to fix is restart the client, which it usually stops showing players after like 30 minutes. I'm sure I'm not the only one with this problem, has happened since I downloaded.

Nop, even at 64% rate SilverVIP would be much better: 11% less RB flat, but then 36% faster deposit bonus clearing in itself is around 15% RB difference, 36% less points would be 3,6% less RB and then there's Ronin ontop of that.
