Getting same error while currently playing in a couple MTTs, would like any news on this problem as it seems to be happening to more people than I thought. Is this happening only to U.S. players?

Just downloaded the Lock client, whenever i try to open it i get the following message

"Only one running instance of this application is allowed"

Any idea what i need to do?

Try re-starting your PC, you probably have an instance of a revolution client running in the background, then try again to open the downloaded client.
Had this problem a couple of times, also with other poker rooms.

The most hilarious part of this thread is looking at it from begining to end. On EVERY page is someone complaining and I noticed on every page you have rizen or shane trailing saying we will have someone look into this. So hey rezin shane. I can't imagine how hard this is for you guys, I mean I truly sympathize with you, but Jennifer Larson is a moron. A MORON. Do you have a merge client open? When I first made the upgrade to lock, I couldn't have a merge client open while it was doing the install.

yeah obv with the sound settings, even uninstalled and reinstalled....but i did install it on another computer and it did work there....hmmm wtf reformat comp?

Something weird going on with tournaments and the lobby tonight. While playing my usual session of 6-max DONs, I noticed all the $33's just disappeared from the lobby for several minutes. Then I had like 4 $60's queued up waiting to fill in my My Tournaments view. I saw one go from 5 registered to 6 and start seating... but it never popped up. Says it's running but when I double-click it in My Tournaments, the lobby shows 2 of 6 registered but no player list. Yet I get an UNREGISTER button that won't let me unregister, lol. I grabbed a screenshot of the My Tournaments and lobby windows to show. You can see game 11718656 highlighted in My Tournaments says it's running, but the lobby shown is what I get when I double-click it.

EDIT: Just as I'm previewing this post before submitting, the table finally popped up. I'd been blinded down 1/3 of my stack! And the lobby still looks like below. I'm still in but in 5th place -- this sucks! I really think the BI should be refunded if I bust.

EDIT x2: Forget the refund, I managed to hang on while a blue whale doubled me up twice and donked out two others, lol. Still made me unregister from the rest of them until things are more stable.

I recently downloaded lock poker and after installation i click to open it and it starts like it is loading up. I see the little square black lock poker icon in the center of my screen then it just stops and disappears. Any suggestions?

If your sound is working fine for all your other programs, you have a conflict with your client and something else on that PC. Not sure what else you can do. If formatting and re installing the OS is an option, that would probably fix it. It's just really time consuming and a pain to install all the programs again. Hope you get it worked out.

Q. When you go up to a new VIP level, do the benefits begin immediately or do you have to wait till the next month for them to kick in?

Lock Poker is the worst.
I have waited my cashout like 16 days now!

I have been in contact with support, but they talk bull****. They offer me different kind of cashouting methods, but i have already made it via Skrill and i have also made deposit via Skrill.

Bunch of ******ed supportguys there.

Defenitly dont reccomend this site, probably scammingsite or something.
