I am new to Lock Poker and had a couple of questions that I hoped could be answered.. I have looked around through a lot of the Lock Forums, But was mostly curious about the VIP vs. RB arguement going around.

I am mostly a micro stakes player and do not put that many hands on a monthly basis, And after checking my account set-up it looks like I am a VIP player.

What is the best option for a player like myself?! Thanks

It depends on how much you rake...

As a RB player you earn VIP points and Ronin payments at half the rate but get 36% flat RB.
If you can make Black VIP than VIP is way better than RB. I guess Silver is somehwat borderline but should be better than RB, too, as long as Ronin and the FDB are running.

If you rake less than 750$ a month, then stick to RB.

I made a dumb mistake I was gonna use my sisters laptop to play lock and after entering password wrong I was locked out I've tried resetting password and uninstalling software with no luck I have gotten nO reply from anyone even after several emails and calls.i usually have auto log in so that's where I messed up any help would be appreciated

I am a new player and deposited money into my account and now trying to do a withdraw to test it out.

I've sent in all my documents at least 3 times and have not heard back from the support team. I made a western union withdraw and it just says requested.

My problem was solved im no longer locked out never got a reply but thanks for fixing that for me.

van3396 i have made a withdrawal from them western union it stood on requested for a few days to pending then authorized got the email and was good to go you might just have to give them a week which is pretty fast

Bug: Balance doesn't update right away. By not right away I mean doesn't update for several minutes. By several minutes I mean my balance sometimes doesn't update after 20 minutes.

you fukers are tilting the hell out of me. a bounced check is not a scam. hell its not even an uncommon occurrence in the present US situation. "just bounced" and allowing time for (an admittedly lol support team) to get back to you does not compute.

I noticed I get auto sat out in cash games when I win a hand in the blinds. This happen to anyone else?

I'M trying to cashout via WU, I have only cashed out by check in the past (on POKERSTARS ). If I want to cashout via WU on Lock how exactly does it work? Just cashout using the WU method and wait for support to send me the MTCN# and go and pick it up? Is it really that easy or am I missing something? Also when I go pick it up what the heck do I say at the WU to get my money? Thanks to anyone who replies.

Just cashout on lock through wu but make sure ur account is verified. Then wait up to two weeks and they will email u a mtcn, name and country of a person. Take that info and fill out a short form at western union. U will need photo id and u will have to fill out ur own name, address, and number. After that they'll give u the cash. They never ask what it's for but if they do just tell them it's from a friend or online business. After that just email lock support asking for refund of fee for first cashout of month. Like I said its really easy and it works all thr time for me at least (I've cashout three or four times including once last month with wu)

on merge you got x amount str8 into your balance, had to cash some points in, then a lump straight into your vault.

It's paid hourly straight into ur account without u having to do anything. The vault is mainly for security in case ur account gets hacked

Is daily VIP cash back supposed to be appearing in my reports somewhere?

I am Black VIP level now and I looked over my past few days of play in the reports and I don't see any transactions for daily cashback at all.

I'm not on VIP but, I think I read it is located in the Vault>Transactions.

Im having some issues with my lock software. When I open it and log in it closes. If I open it and dont log in I can open tables and watch. After the updates it started freezing up on me after 10 or 15 min of playing. Thanks for any help.

mtt question

In the last few days Ive had the situation where I have posted blinds, played the button and then get moved to a new table where im utg or utg+1 and then immediately have to play blinds again. This has happened multiple times in the same mtt, within the same level and then in subsequent levels.

Is there no criteria within the software for moving players in mtts?
