Some needs to check this out. ASAP!!!!!

i DEPOSITED ABOUT $300 IN 4 SEPERATE INSTANCES ON JULY 4!!

BUT WAS HIT FOR A 5TH DEPOSIT FOR $50 , THAT I DIDN'T REQUEST.

THE 5TH IS NOT CREDITED ON THE CASHIER, BUT IS THE SAME ACCOUNT THAT WAS REQUESTED THE OTHERS.

SHANE, RIZEN, LOCK SUPPORT.. .. SOME ONE TELL ME WHAT'S UP COS THIS MAKES ME NERVOUS.

hmmm might be my computer then. i actually hope so as I will be fixing that soon.

one more question. i notice sometimes when i timeout endlessly over multiple tables due to lag and table action not popping up correcting (please to fix this soon lock...) that when i try to add more tables to waitlist they come up and then disappear rite away and i won't be able to add anymore tables to the waitlist. at first i thought its cuz theres no more tables for that limit (but this doesnt make sense cuz there should always be atleast empty tables open. i.e. all tables full, new ones will get created).

does lock have a system to not allow you to multi table higher than x tables if you are a slow ass?


glock... how the heck do you 25 table lol... even with a monster computer, surely there is no setup (com and table layout) that can handle the tables not popping up when needed action.

I late regged for a tourney and for 5 minutes it was just me and someone else playing heads up at the table. Anyone else encounter something like this?

I just opened the Lock client and it showed a whole page of players at a table where there should have been only 9 and 0 waiting. No mention of what kind of error. The error followed by the client closing has occurred at least 3 time in the past.

Tried installing lock but this is what happened

At first it wouldnt even open. Just pop up a grey box, then after a few seconds go away like the program never ran. Updated my .net framework to 3.5 and it finally opened.

Now when I go to click on any table though I get the following error :

Unrecoverable error occurred and program will now terminate. To trace source of the problem we created an error report.
If you agree to send error report please press yes button, thanks.

I of course clicked yes and did this a few times, and now it is not working

Can someone help me ?

Related to this is trying to play a sit-n-go. I register for a sitngo and 5 minutes later it still doesn't have me on the list in the tournament lobby. Furthermore, it shows that 1 player is registered, lists TWO players, and I'm not one of them!!

Just imagine how much SNG traffic Lock could generate if they fixed their damn lobbies. People might register for a SNG if they could see that there were people already signing up.

I dont know why the password rest page doesnt work for me. Now it doenst reject it my personal info it just doesnt do anything. Ive verifed all my info with lock poker but cant reset. Is it possible to get a temperary password in order to login and change? What else can I do? I have CCd you on all my email traffic with LockSupport.

tilting. is there a problem with lock atm? wont show any tables in the lobby and has worked fine the last 48 hours. changed nothing.

have uninstalled, reinstalled, retarted etc but same problem. get the message "no games match your current filter sertting, please adjust the filters to find more games". have of course checked the filter, resetted to default. hide tables is not ticked either.

I currently am attempting to leave lock poker. Everything about it reaks of fulltilt. I had money missing from my account for almost two weeks now, and have sent doezens of emails to support. What happened? Oh nothing, big suprise! I made the mistake of trusting this site, and Im sure many many Americans have since black friday online poker is hard to come by. I am currently trying to cashout with whats left of my BR, that hasn't mysteriously disappeared and support will not email me back. I urge any American Lock Players to stop depositing and look into different sites. 7/8/12 at 4pm central time I randomly was entered in a 75+7 tourney in which I did not sign up for and once I started playing the site crashed and 15 mins later when I was able to log back in it said I wasnt in the tourney. I had to click on each individual table til I found the one I was sitting at. F lock poker! I don't care what any so called "lock support" on this site says there is no difference between lock and ftp

Same happened here. I suggest just trying to remove your money. As you will see in my long ass message about my acct

Everytime I sit at a table with money, when I go to leave, with monies still left (IE did not lose it all) it is not "returning" that money to my cashier. Did this at three tables trying to play a mix of games, now all my money is missing. Help please.

Sometimes it takes a few minutes for the money to transfer back into your cashier. If it takes more than 15 minutes, PM Shane or Rizen or email support. It would be nice to have the money immediately and I believe they have improved it quite a bit over the last month.

the exact same thing just happened to me. i sat out of my cash game because the tournament that i was playing just paused for no reason, so i thought loggin out and back in would solve the problem. once i logged back in the cash game didnt pop back up and and my money disappered. i emailed support straight away. if they dont return my money everyone should boycott this site.

My name is Charles and my account at Lock Poker is TheCol42.
I was playing in the 100k today and it finally got cancelled or they just stopped the tournament. I see that Lock deposited $583 into my account. I guess it was for the 100k tournament.
Now I also Ko'd a Pro in the tournament too.
I sent support an email to support and also a screen shot of the hand. Showing me ko the pro.
So it looks like im $500 short on payment to my account.
Could you please help me with this problem.

I urge people dont give these guys your custom. cash plo is rigged to ****. once you cash out thats it you are done for. they give you your 20 outer on the turn only to pair the board and **** you.

Hello, first time poster in need of reimbursement from Lock Poker. Glad I found this site.

My Lock Poker name is Arunja. I won 5 SNG double ups (6 player) shortly after Lock Poker recovered from the Sunday Evening Crash (now called "Bloody Sunday.") Each SNG was a $15.00 entry fee (plus rake).

Even though I won these tournaments, at first Lock Poker treated these as losses. My ledger even showed these as losses. I e-mailed support. My entry fee for each of these tournaments was reimbursed. However, I won each of these tournaments. None of them were cancelled. The tournaments were completed and came to an actual formal ending.

Thus I am owed an additional $15.00 for 5 SNG double ups.

Please assist me in getting this $75.00.

By the way, to the other posters . . . anyone else come across this type of problem?

all animations are running at my tables, and ive had them turned off since my first sesh 6 weeks ago.

I went into options to turn them off again, thinking some bug turned them back on, but they are off. wtf???

So i just try depositing for the first time with a credit/card and It says it needs to be validated so i try ring the number, no answer then i get an email saying it has been rejected:

Surreal. I can't get my Lock client to close. My Mac has been trying to "force shutdown" the program for about an hour and a half now..
