For example, when I look at the $4k guaranteed tonight, this is what I see:



It's pretty bad not being able to see payouts or anything. I made the final table of the $5k GTD last night but I felt like it was pretty hard making any ICM decisions not knowing how many places even paid out (I busted 6th and made nothing, which I thought was kinda weird for a tournament with I think over 100 people)

Edit: Going back now and looking at my reports, apparently I did make $255, even though it didn't tell me that anywhere when I finished the tournaments and I had to go dig through my reports to figure it out.

My auto top up works at about a 60% success rate. It's really annoying to multi-table and constantly have to add chips.

Auto topup works. What you have to do is set it to 110 bbs. It's set up to reload you when you get 10 bb's below what you specify. So if you want it to reload to 100bb's each time set it to 110 and it will top it off for you.

Yup... I was logged in about a half hour or hour ago and got a popup message saying that Lock is down for scheduled maintenance.

My VIP status bar is simply not updating anymore. I stopped when the white catagory was all the way full, and im almost into Black already.

The progress bars show your progress for the current month, your current status is displayed above as the badge.

One of my guys was trying to login to his account today using the same password he always uses and it wouldn't work. Now the client is locked and he is unable to play awaiting a response from CS which he is concerned could take days. Any way you can expedite the process, Shane? I will send you a PM with his data. I just tried to deposit $50 into my account, and it said the transaction was declined. But then I went to check my bank account, and it said that the transaction went through and that I was charged $50.83 by CHKCARDLINKTICK 21 (which is always what comes up when I deposit to Lock). So I'm wondering where my money went because clearly it was taken out of my bank account by Lock. Username Trizzle2994.

ok, tried to download lock poker through an affiliate and everytime it downloaded id click the icon to run it and id get a message saying "cannot open as the file contains a virus".

so obv turned off anti vurises, restarted, uninstalled, reinstalled, restarted 20x over and i still get the same message.

cakepoker.eu downloads perfectly. so does every other poker site.

so i right clicked and had my anti virus software (bullguard) search for viruses and it returned this one:

not a huge computer guy but i assume this is a problem with the site download and not my computer...HELPPPPPPPPP

can i get opinions of other players. how many tables max (i play cash games full ring) can you play before you lag like crazy?

i seem to be able to 8 table fine but at 12 tables it lags like crazy.

also what is the maximum number of tables u can play on lock? and is it player dependent? i coulda sworn i was playing like 14 for a while but one time i couldnt get more than 12. weird.


and this lagging when multitabling is common rite? i've seen it mentioned here and there throughout other threads and wanted to make sure. cuz i play multiple sites and was experimenting to see what was the cause and i think i narrowed it down to too many tables on lock being the sole cause. sucks cuz i wish i could play more than 8 to 10 tables on lock with all the bonuses and stuff going on but guess i'll just have to stick to 8 tabling.

Every so often there is some kind of glitch on the cash game lobbies. It shows up to 20 people being active at the table. There has even been a few times that it shows me as sitting with a full stack after hours of me not playing. It can be hard to figure out which games you are actually in when trying to load of tables. Not a huge deal,but a bit of a pain when it happens.

I play 25 without a problem. The only time it lags is when you are on a waiting list for one and the option for you to play that table pops up. Once you have the tables going it runs smooth. 25 is the max for lock. I've heard people say take down the quality and turn off chat. I leave it on high quality and leave chat on and don't have any issues. Maybe it's your comp?
