Sharkscope doesn't appear to be working. I have yet to obtain a single record of a sitngo player since June 1.

I just logged into the client on my laptop and desktop. I was able to pull up the cashier on both, change things in the lobby, was not able to get on a table on both, but this shouldn't be possible.

I can't get into the 9am rebuy 2kgtd. I see it is running. I see the number of enrolled growing, but I cannot late register.I have logged out and back and even switched computers but still no late registration available. Obviously it is working for some since the enrollment continues to increase. That has been a reoccurring problem for me.

It's EXTREMELY frustrating being a SNG player and having a SNG lobby that simply does not update.

Is this ever going to be fixed?

ok so im not the only one having this problem, but MTT lobbies are so incredibly out of date its impossible to see payouts, how many players are left, etc.

impossible to play bubble situations and according to this the $100 100k gtd is only paying 27 with 27th getting 1k

LockRizen, I just deposited for the first time tonight and my card was "rejected" according to Lock's website but the payment went through according to my bank account. :/ Help?

Ughhhhh, no matter what I do I can't late reg for a bunch of tournies right now. Tried relogging/restarting the client etc. Just won't let me.

Also please give us an option to get rid of the "take my seat button" and prevent new SNGs/tourney windows from stealing focus WTF

Lastly, thanks for the minor improvements but some windows are still NOT coming to the foreground when action is required. Please fix! I time out on some tables in the background without knowing it unless I'm constantly cycling through all my tables. I see quite a few SNG regs timing out and sitting out occasionally at random also so I know I'm not the only one.

[edit] One more thing. The lobbies are slightly better but come on please fix them. They rarely display the correct player and prize information. WTF

As far as software is concerned tables not popping up to front is the biggest problem for me. Please fix.

The note coloring system works just fine for me and this is the first I've heard of that issue. Those of you that are having problems, are you using the Mac or Windows client?

Agreed on some of the MTT and SNG issues. Hard to get in a SNG when almost every dam tourny I try to enter says I am too late yet the lobby says only 2 of 10 have registered. I also find that less than half the time the tourny lobby is still virgin in MTT even when they have been going on for 1-2 hours so you have no way of knowing the payouts unless you ask the room and someone actually has it...and does not lie to jerk you around.

I am using Win 7 and have all Java and other stuff updated and am on a fast connection.

I also hate the be seated button or the fact that tables do no always launch. I have missed the first 1,5,10 mins or more of a tourny because it did not launch or the first rounds due to the take my seat button.

Decent site otherwise....except I never get replies from emails sent to Customer Service....only from Shane (thanks!).

Another really annoying thing - my internet's been shoddy today and went down while I was playing. I had a hard time re-connecting when I switched to my backup.

I closed Lock, and when I reopened, it showed I was on tables, but I had to go through the lobby and find each of them individually. This really sucks. Either kick me off the tables, or pop them back up if Lock is closed.

It doesn't happen't with all players but a random few. I'll try to click on the color tag for a player and instead of applying the color it jumps back to the chat tab for some reason. Sometimes it'll let me click it but the color tag doesn't save as Rapala mentioned.

This bug has been on the cake client for a long time.

Sometimes the 1st one wont attach but the 2nd one will. Other times its even the first 2 you click wont attach, but the 3rd one will. Then the rest of the time you are at that table you cant really color tag people.

I find this bug is more prevalent if I've given out several new tags/notes at the same table.

Thanks for the extra info. It sucks that it has been around for a long time. Maybe now that this is Lock's problem they can fix it or something

I don't see a screenshot, but if I had to guess, I'd recommend uninstalling.

A huge bug that myself and several other friends have been dealing with more frequently are with some of the tournament lobbies. The tournament lobby will say things like 4 of 22 left in tournaments that have over 100 people, they do not show any stack sizes or positions, and will show prizes as if only the top 3 are getting paid.

It becomes very frustrating getting deep into a tournament and not being able to check the sizes of other players stacks or the prize structure.

On a side note, I never received the two books i had purchased from the store with my VIP points before the network switch. I'd love to get those books asap because i'd love to learn to play like you Rizen! Sn: TiltingDonk47

Please fix the tournament lobby problem, regardless of the level it only shows the top 3 finishing positions and never updates during the game. Makes it impossible to determine if your are in the money or not or where you are standing in the game. You could be 1st or 31st and the lobby does not show it. I have had several games where the lobby did not even show I was in it. This is totally unacceptable, i missed several cashes because it was unknown where the bubble was because the lobby continued to show the payout before late registration. Not to mention the problems it causes in R an A tournies

Lock, you want to be the #1 poker site for US players, fix the tourney lobby problem and reimburse the players that got bubbled because they did not know where the bubble was because of your software flaw. Otherwise, players will go elsewhere
