Hey Rizen, My sn on Lock is DonkeyWonkey. I made the account awhile back post BF, never deposited yet but when I tried a few days ago I got this message:

You cannot initiate a deposit at this time.Further verification of your account details or identity is required. Please contact support.

I emailed support but not hearing anything back can you help me out with this please.

Hey rizen was just coming on to tell you every once and awhile when i am multi-tabling lets say 6-8 tables sometimes the hands on one or two tables do not appear and i have to exit the table and reopen it i am unsure if anyone else has had this problem or if it is my computer itself

PS: can we please have some more tourneys added id like to consider myself a MTT player and love playing on the site but as of now i am limited to playing cash due to the large time between tourneys and lack of medium-low stakes tournaments i love the double stacks and $2 and 3$ rebuys but their is just not enough tournaments going on at night for us working folks i know you have a lot to deal with as the card room managers and i only make these suggestions because i want to see lock become a better and better card room

The tables tiled dont have the same look as the tables in a grid. Its very visually displeasing to me without the grid. I absolutely love the grid function. I would just like to see this glitch fixed. As it is it costs lock a few mtt entries per day because I am unwilling to fill that last spot on my grid. Even though there is a tourny I want to play.

I noticed when I am the first to sit down at a table, then other players join. Sometimes I am not even dealt into the 1st hand because I am not in the blind or the button, and I have to wait to play a hand, even though I was the FIRST to sit at the table. This is kind of annoying.

my antivirus just identified a file in lock poker folder as a virus.
I know alot of false positives happen, but does anyone know anything about
program files/lockpoker/flashdetect.exe ?

Please bare with me if I lose my cool but I've got the run around and the shaft from your poker site. I tried doing a cash out for $2300 after sending all the information that I needed to send. Then after weeks of waiting you guys told me that I needed to send a copy of my credit card the deposit was made with and you would have everything to process the withdrawl so I sent one front and back. Here we are 4 months and somewhere between 50-100 emails later and I HAVE NEVER RECIEVED A REPLY!!! I'm tired of going to the mail box like a kid in a candy store thinging my check is going to come. Something needs to be done... and it needs to be done NOW! As far as I'm concerned you guys should be forced to pay me interest for sitting on my money. Anyway I'm getting mad, so I'll leave it at this and look forward to your prompt reply.

You only have 1 post so you probably can't use the PM feature on this site, but if you want to e-mail me at rizen@lockpoker.com and forward any of the relevant information I can follow up with the appropriate people ASAP. It would be nice to have at least the latest correspondence you've had with support as well, but if you don't have it your Lock Poker username and registered e-mail (if it's not the one you e-mail me from) as well as anything you want to add to the below about the situation and I can make sure it's in front of the right people ASAP.

Also, I have to ask this, please make sure you've checked your spam/junk filters as well.

Hey guys. I've been dealing with a very poor connection with the Lock client all day, despite the fact that my wireless internet seems to be running okay (videos are loading at normal speeds and such). I'm pretty confident that it's a problem on my end either with my computer or the wifi, but I just want to check in and see if anybody else has been having issues.

Anybody in a similar boat?

Just wanted to make sure that you got my reply I sent to your email Friday night. If you have have you tried to contact me back as I haven't got anything from you if you have. Thirdly have you found anything out? Not to nag but it's been four months and I'm really kind of getting sick and tired of waiting on my cash.

I'm very sympathetic toward your situation as 4months is a travesty to be waiting for a cashout. However my experience with Rizen has been nothing but phenomenal. The guy responds to each of my emails very promptly and gets the situations I ask him to handle taken care of.

If the man says he e-mailed you then I 100% take his word for it. This leads me to believe lock poker emails are going to your spam folder or somewhere you are unable to find them currently.

Again I am very sympathetic to your situation and frankly think you are handling it quite well. However judging by my experience with Rizen and other experiences I've read about I have to believe there is a disconnect in the communication lines somewhere and Lock Poker has been contacting you without your knowledge.

Just my .02. Hope this gets worked out for you asap.

If you have then you say you've responded and I haven't recieved it so we need to figure out another way for me to recieve it ie: sending it to a different email that I have ownership of.

If you have not recieved anything from me then we need to figure out another way for you to recieve them. As I'm starting to have the feeling that lockpoker.com has my email address banned or something of that nature.

All that I know is I need for you to communicate with me here so that we can make a plan of action because as of right now this is getting nowhere. I'm sure you can understand why I'm being so presistant but it's going on 5 months since I requested my cash out. I gave Lock extra time thinking that the slow processing had something to do with USA players no longer being accepted at the site. However seeing and hearing that others have recieved their cashouts without delay there has to be another reason and I want to know what it is and when I can expect my cash. If it was $100 or $200 it's wouldn't be a big deal but we're talking $2000+. Perhaps Lock should be me a standard interest on my money?

Any advice on best way to cash out Badbeat win from Lock Poker! I want to do the right steps to start with to prevent problems. From the looks of this thread maybe contacting Rizen is the best way to start!?

rebuys need to be re-evaluated. It's a shame that you cant do the following
-add a rebuy before the 1st hand is played
-auto double rebuy
-double rebuy the hand played before addon. You get one rebuy and are offered addon, if you try to do two it says you have too much to rebuy
-auto add on

I believe that by making these changes you'll see a decrease in rebuy overlays and it will make for a much better multitabling experience for your regs

Why are there two different $6 HU turbos which appear to have exactly the same blind structure, starting stacks and speed -- one of them awards 2.5 VIP points and the other awards 3 points???

One has the turbo & HU legend (3pts) and the other only the turbo legend (2.5pts). Other than that, I can't find a difference between them.
