My vault and stats page work perfectly fine FWIW.

Are RB players eligible for the vault or is that a VIP exclusive? I have the points for my vault, but it still isn't activated. No response from last PM to Shane.

Well, I've had the vault activated since Lock was on Merge. While Lock was on merge I was a VIP white level. I had my vault activated then.

When lock moved over to cake, I switched to Rakeback and kept my vault.

So yeah, pm shane because I have no idea. You should be able to activate the vault being a RB player if you rake about 100 a month.

The vault is not exclusive to VIP players, or at least, it shouldn't be.

Thanks...will PM Shane again. Not the end of the world if it never activates, but it seems like a nice layer of security.

Why the lobby of the tournament is always changing? I mean there are X players registered and you can see the prizes for Y players ITM and then BOOM everything is gone and you see all the prize pool for 1 player which is obviously not the case but you can't really see the proper prize pool distribution. It sucks!

Yeah - if you e-mail support and just ask to have it activated they should do that for you. If you want to CC me (rizen@lockpoker.com) I'll follow up and make sure it happens.

Started on one table now doing it on half of my tables. Makes multitabling incredibly difficult
Do you have auto top-up enabled and don't have enough funds in your account to reload? This is when I typically see this error, I've already reported it but if there is something else causing it please let me know.

I cant register for any tournaments. I get this error:

Tournament Registration Failed, Tournament registration failed exception -
Cannon complete tournament registration for 11358635.

This happens for hyper turbo sngs also. This just started today, as yesterday it was fine.

Is this a SnG or a MTT? Normally this error is because the tournament is no longer allowing registrations (in the case of hyper turbos because they've already started).

Has the lobby updated (ie you could be trying to register for old tournaments)? Does the error persist if you restart the software? Please let me know either way so I can pass the appropriate bug report along.

Are these tournaments, cash games, SnGs? can you PM me your screen name/e-mail or e-mail me at rizen@lockpoker.com with that info? I'm in the software right now and don't see any issues but it might be specific to a few tournaments or you, so I need more information to look into it.

They are cash games. NL full ring and 6 max plo micro stakes have this problem. Probably everywhere else too.

Got on another table and left to see if it did the same thing and it let me off. Problem happened for about 10 or 15 minutes. Seems to be better now.

I won a $10 double up and the money hasn' been added to my cashier.

Can some one take a look at this? I have contacted support.

I am a little worried about this as I generally play higher stakes.
