Lock Poker Bugs/Support - Page 18 - Two Plus Two

What does this mean?...In table chat box every now and then I see system chat saying "Player X has just earned a gold card" what are the gold cards and is this only some old Cake skin thing or also on Lock? And is this both a VIP and RB thing? And where is would I find these gold cards in cashier or adm page?

It's not for lock but some of the cake skins give out gold cards. They use them to buy into tourneys and stuff. They aren't really worth much anyway. You get a much better value with lock.

Just checking out the site and I'm trying to see if there are any freerolls. Clicked the freeroll tab and none show up. Is this a mistake?

Not a mistake. About 2.5 weeks ago I was told by customer service freerolls will be added in the future. Of course no timeframe given.

After getting fed up with the current state of affairs at BetOnline, I attempted a $200 WU deposit into LockPoker. I have been waiting all day for the funds to appear in my lock account, to no avail (supposed to take less than 30 mins). Of course email, phone, and emergency support are all nowhere to be found.

I am not sure if this is your problem, but I was having the same issue and tried a bunch of stuff with my computer. I found that if I right clicked on Lock Poker on my desktop, and chose to run it with integrated graphics instead of my advanced grapics card, it ran with no problems.

Make sure you put the last two names as the last name. That is usually the issue and just resubmit it after that.

Had this problem today playing 6max/9max games. A couple of my tables started having this "GenericTableError"(or something along those lines) box pop up at the start of every hand. IT was really messing up multi-tabling preventing tables from popping to the front when it was my action and what not. SUPER ANNOYING

Hello. I do not understand, after the network moved LockPoker -> CakePoker payments are only possible WU or by check?
Since the ordered 2 times the output of Moneybookers, came only a failure and all ..
Support for this answer, which puts a check. But I can not do this because for me it is extremely convenient ....

Yes...that exact thing happened to me last time I played. Hopefully a glitch that can be fixed easily.

That is how is was sent. One word first name, two word last name. 4 days ago now, ahem, imjustshane, ahem. Still nothing in the account.

I hit a royal when the promotion was going on and tried to get the hh from my mac so I could get paid. Tried forever to find the hand but it looks like the software doesn't save hands if on a mac. so since the move off Merge to Revolution, Lock does not support a MAC version? I havent been able to download the software for weeks and all support keeps telling me to do is un-install, delete lock folder in finder, re-install. Every time I tell them their instructions do not resolve the problem, they give me the same instructions worded differently.

I have been playing on Lock Poker for some time. Since the switch to the new net work made me use login and pass I had forgotten it. I got the forgotten password link but when it asked for my birthday it said it didn't match the records on file. Not sure where the mistake is but keep getting the same link sent to me. Ive sent a couple of emails but no response. Questions is: How do I reset my password? I can do pretty much anything needed to verify my identity. Need Help!

Please, a time bank and a disconnect time bank. Or at least have a time bank to begin with that activates that activates when you disconnect. So tilting to lose your connection for literally 10 seconds in a big pot and then have you hand folded.

I downloaded lockpoker but the shortcut won't open up. It does for about 2 seconds and then disappears. The error on it is error crating the Web proxy specified in the 'system.net/defaultProxy' configuration section connection failed. Can anybody help me, because no one has emailed me back at lockpoker.
