Is it me or it takes forever to get our tournament stats updated?
I am on the lobby and I have the same information as 1 hour ago. Not that I am gonna die from it but it does give useful information

Is anyone else having problems with the lobby? Mine isn't loading any games in either the tournament or cash game lobby.

The lobby seems to be working now, but I had to reboot the client numerous times for this to happen.

I actually like the site still. I just figure it's going through growing pains. I'm a glutton for punishment I guess. I just never had a problem depositing before and wanted to see if anyone else had a problem with the new ssn verification box.

One of my tournaments (#11255983, $15 + 1.50 rebuy) has frozen and won't load. Other tournaments are working fine.

I was in the middle of a final table and the tournament just disappeared :s. This is such an embarassing thing for a poker site ...

same here. in middle of tourny, it froze, i got kicked off now no tournys listed and i can't get back in

Are you guys getting solutions for these problems? I haven't had access to my poker computer for a couple weeks so I haven't even tried after not being able to see the cashier and then getting the 212 error code.
I'm seeing tons of problems and wondering if it's worth depositing now or not? And also what do Intertops and Cake look like at this point? Are they operating normally? I have an account for all 3 skins so just looking for information on which to deposit on.
Fwiw, Merge isn't a good option for me currently as I would have to make a substantial deposit just to get back on the network...and I'm not in the position to do so currently. Any suggestions are appreciated

Cake is having similar problems. Tournies and cash games were disappearing from lobby. None of my money disappeared in limbo on cake though but cake also doesn't have a vault like lock. At this point I'm taking cake over lock for now

Please tell me how I'm supposed to cashout when Lock "don't do" cheques outside of the US and my Western Union withdrawal is declined (for no obvious reason)?.

One of our servers had some issues for a couple minutes but all is back up and the funds should have returned now.

Hello, I have recently wanted to redeposit on lock poker after a stint back (in december?) I downloaded the client again and when I try to start it up nothing happens. I tried on my girlfriend's computer and it worked, so I know it's not a router issue however, I can't seem to be able to do anything to get it to work on my computer. Below is what I have tried: disabled all firewalls and antivirus, reinstalled .NETframework 4, ran as administer, ran in compatibility mode, every combination of these.

Hello, When I open the client for the first time I get a message box saying "LOCKPOKERNotifier.exe has encountered a problem and needs to close. We are sorry for the inconvenience." After that I can run it but it runs real slow to the point where I can't play more than one table cause it doesn't respond in time. Is this a known problem and is there any solution? Thank you for your help.

I think FREEZING UP issues are sometimes being caused by clicking previous and next hands in the hand history.

What does this mean?...In table chat box every now and then I see system chat saying "Player X has just earned a gold card" what are the gold cards and is this only some old Cake skin thing or also on Lock? And is this both a VIP and RB thing? And where is would I find these gold cards in cashier or adm page?

OK, so I don't know how widespread this problem is, but: I play heads up cash, and sometimes when I try to join a table, it just won't load. The table stalls out on the "connecting..." dialogue indefinitely. This is a serious problem when only one open table loads at each stake.

have autorebuy on and always get sit out the hand right after i bust. yeah that makes sense. and autorebuy still doesn't work all the time

What can a RB player do with their points? I don't see where I can even use them for tournamnt buy-ins.
